For the past 6 years, this place is relatively quiet compared to the one at Edmonton South Common. On the plus side, they have a variety of products that meet my needs. The HD credit card offers 18 month zero percent interest on more expensive products which is a huge advantage when buying large scale items or major projects. On the negative side, I feel that the service in getting help is terrible where the some of the younger employees seem to wonder about aimlessly, or trying to evade any attempts to engage the customer. I even went as far as to seeking out a staff who stated that it 'wasn't their department', but would promise they would get help but to no avail. This is the place where you don't want to have a heart condition or any other medical emergency because no one will help you, unless a Good Samaritan customer comes to your help. Maybe I am just a creature of habit, but I feel the Home Depot needs to pull up their socks in the customer service department or I need to start looking elsewhere.

She stated that we don't accept items that hang on the wall aka Mirrors, Framed Prints, etc. Yet on their website it states they accept items from Stores like Homesense which 80% of my items were purchased from! Perhaps they should state that on their Website to prevent others from wasting their time and fuel. Also, the two ladies that were present at the store when I arrived seemed like they turned down their nose and judged me on my relaxed and casual appearance. It was my day off so pardon me if I wanted to be comfortable and casual in my Yoga pants and T-shirt! I won't be returning to this store nor will I be recommending anyone to consign items here.
