I could not use it because I do not have a cel . The girl at the checkout attempted to try putting it through manally but it did not work. Another person tried to no success. She called for a Manager. The Manager said you need a cel to read the QR code. It was a useless gift. He then said he would fix the problem by giving me a Home Depot card for the same value. I was stunned. TI did not thing that kind of customer dervice was still happening. HE gave it to me ,I said Thank you and went to hand him my E-Card and he said keep it maybe you will figure it out or call the company and see if they could help. It was beyong my expections and Thank the employees who tried to help and The Manger who stepped up to the plate. I didnèt think nice things like this happens in 2026

I had been seeking out a certain patio deck set for my rooftop deck that was supposed to be in stock in all of the Rona's. With more than one in quantity. NONE were available. However, not only were none available but the staff would look it up and say they were, but not, but be like don't worry we will get more in this week. Each store I travelled to it was the same issue. Multiple in stock to no avail. When we arrived at the service desk in the south end, Marcello not only provided great service but went above and beyond and took a lot of time and work out of his day to get me the unit I was looking for and have it lifted from a top shelf and pallet into my truck. We hadn't really considered this store as an alternative to your average big box hardware store, but it really is! They have so many things! From brooder chicks in the spring to lawn sweepers to tow behind your ride on mower in the fall, fencing, Clothing , in sizes that fit so many average real women! There is camping hunting and all the stuff for growing your own food. It's amazing. Plus, propane tank swap program so you can get it all here. Bike racks if you have that locomotion. For accessibility, the aisles are a bit tight, two wheelchairs won't pass but otherwise the store is fair for accessibility. Wide spots for a ramp, easy curb access to the door. I did not evaluate the washroom facilities but will update when I do. The only reason I can't give them five stars as the online shopping is a bit challenging. Search is... a wrestling match to find something you were JUST looking at sometimes. Public washrooms and fitting rooms to try on the clothes... and sizes for curvy girls!! Did I mention there's even an EV Charging and parking spot?! Has become our go-to for most hardware and garden items!

Right now there is a sign saying up to 30% off everything in store. Truthfully everything is 10% off and the stock is getting quite thin. They do have Christmas items at 60% off while they last. There are a few things at 30% which may be okay deals. Things at 10% off you can probably find better deals elsewhere. I suspect deals may get better as stock dwindles and they want to get rid of everything so you may want to check daily on things.

Just narrow down the search to the particular style you want and come to the store. Service is spectacular here. Upon walking in, i was greeted and helped instantly. There are some beautiful peices here for any price range. The nice part is that everything is hung and lights are on so you can see the full effect. The ceilings are 12 feet high so they are typical of most homes. They have lots of sale items which are typically the last lf the item and are used as displays. These can be bought and taken home the day of sale. Other items if are not carried in stock take about 4 weeks...any sooner and its possible for damage to occur to the lights. I luckily snagged an amazing peice for just $39 regular $450. It was the last of its kind and display but they were doing the clearance to make room for the new inventory which arrives in october. Within one hour i had my peice all cleaned up like new and packaged nicely for transport. They sell all sort of light bulbs here too. So you can get all your needs met on one visit. The difference of here and the chain stores are that the service is spectacular. Theres a wider selection. And you get to see displays in use so that you can visulaize the light they give off. A must visit if you are buying a new home or renovating!
