Everyone was so nice and kind. Saying goodbye to my friend was not easy but the staff was so sweet…read moreand kind and made it as peaceful as possible. This day has been dreaded since it became inevitable, but the people there took such care of me and Rascal. Was truly appreciated and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you all for making this as easy as possible even though I dont know how that is.

Take your pet ANYWHERE else. I booked my two cats back to back with Dr. Peter Cruz for exams only…read more-- I wanted him to listen to their lungs, feel for any swelling, and check their gums, since I wasn't sure if their color was normal or a sign of anemia/gum disease. The plan was to get a real diagnosis so we could save up and come back for treatment within a few days. We had car trouble (we live an hour out) and texted ahead that we'd be 3-5 minutes past the grace period. One of my cats was already stressed and panting in the carrier, and they still tried to cancel his appointment. No accommodation, no options offered, just short, rude replies. I had to practically interrogate them before they'd admit there just weren't any more slots that day. We get there to a dead office, three staff who barely looked up at us, and a sign that says "restrain all pets" while a cat roams free on the floor. We're brought into a closet-sized room. The tech, Suzie, was rude, forgetful, and condescending -- I had to correct her FIVE times that my cat is male and neutered, even gave her his neuter and rabies dates, and she kept entering him as intact, unvaccinated, and female. We told her clearly: exam only, no fecal or x-ray today, we didn't have the cash for it. She kept pushing fecal and billing anyway, then when we held firm said "well you didn't bring a sample anyways" -- so why push it on us? By the time Dr. Cruz came in, he hadn't reviewed any of the symptoms I'd listed. He didn't actually examine my 13lb cat -- said he was "too fat to palpate," even though I can feel things myself when I try, I just don't have the training to know what I'm feeling. No explanation, no information given. Then he sighed and blamed the symptoms on missed vaccines. I asked him to check around my cat's tail since he'd been scooting and had mucus in his stool -- possible swollen glands. He backed away and said "I don't think that's a thing vets do" and that my cat wouldn't like it. He never even listened to his heart or lungs. Then I asked about wellness/payment plans. Instead of explaining anything, I got vague discouragement -- "you pay monthly, and if your cat dies you still owe the rest" -- no real comparison, no mention of grants or funding options. He stepped out and sent in Chelsey, who told me with a fake smile that they'd "exhausted all their resources" trying to help me, even though Suzie had clearly just walked out and grabbed her seconds earlier. No real attempt to help. The second we said we were done, they ushered us straight out. I couldn't even get a price estimate, a treatment outline, or basic info on cat asthma. Nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

He is an amazing business owner and veterinarian and I would recommend him to anybody looking for care for their animals. Although I was very disappointed with the last few visits I have been at his clinic, that is not the way things are normally handled and I appreciate him giving me a call and speaking to me personally. 5 stars for Dr. Youssef and his professionalism! No wonder he was able to expand his business and open a kennel service across the street!

I got the call from Dr. Pittman and they were both professional and apologetic for the delay. I did receive the notes as requested and results we were waiting on. I brought my dog in since our regular vet was closed on weekends. It cost $250 to explore the wound. Once Dr. Pittman "explored" the wound and remove out two small "masses" she didn't know what it was or wasn't confident about next steps. We came back 3 days later for wound check and we noticed my dog had something similar on another paw and she removed that as well but this time sent it for testing. Also my pet insurance has requested visit notes and records to process my claim and I have even tried calling to have them send the notes needed and they still have not sent anything. When I called the receptionist states she has submitted the request and once notes are ready they will send it. Why does visit notes take over a week to do and send? Overall, I think this place makes it very inconvenient for owners as they are not responsive with requests.

Our vet was booked until…read moreMonday so we went on a Thursday because our chihuahua was breathing funny so we wanted to make sure she was OK before Monday. They ran test on her and said she was in congestive heart failure but they never said her life was at risk or was there any mention of any urgency to take her to an ER. Instead a $100 bottle of pills that she needed to take for the rest of her life and $500+ bill later she was sent home. Once again they never said anything about this being an emergency and then the next day our baby DIED AND I BLAME THEM!! So that next day we spent $600 to cremate our baby instead of $600 to try to save her life. I dnt know why our dog didn't get 4..7 star treatment but I give them ZERO STARS

From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate during such a stressful time. Dr. Plouffe and Phoenix were especially wonderful--they treated Coco with such gentleness and genuine concern, and they took the time to make sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. It's clear they truly care about both their patients and their owners. If you're looking for a veterinary clinic that combines professionalism with heartfelt compassion, I highly recommend Blue Cross Pet Clinic.

They provided clear direction on what to prioritize along with a return call on results and instructions on what they recommend would be next steps. Note that one of them was out of the office and I had to call to ask for another doctor to return my call with results. You do need to be proactive in getting the information you need, however, I am overall pleased with the service and care. The pricing is about the same as other practices yet a little less than those under larger practice umbrellas. Their website makes it easy to schedule appointments for the first doctor available. They have quite a few so it was not difficult to find an appointment within 2-3 days.

This is our regular vet. Despite explaining the urgency of the situation, Dr. Halberg refused to see my dog due to a "staffing shortage." Again, this is my regular vet and I was there when the doors opened at 8:00am on Saturday. No triage, no brief assessment, no effort to determine whether this was an emergency -- just a refusal of care. I completely understand staffing challenges, but when a current customer presents with a pet showing serious neurological distress, I believe there is a professional obligation to at least evaluate the situation or help coordinate immediate care elsewhere. Furthermore, when I asked the front desk clerk to write the address of the Emergency Vet Hospital they recommend, she sent me to a HUMAN emergency clinic. Unbelievable. This was an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience, and it has significantly impacted my trust in this practice.
