Following my commencement and convocation ceremonies at ASU, I wanted a celebratory beer before calling a it a night. My girlfriend and I roamed the quiet streets of Tempe on a Monday night and came across a mysterious staircase that echoed the sounds of a playing piano into a dark abyss. What we found was a lively and welcoming piano bar, hidden amongst other bars that flood the upstairs in the streets of Tempe. I can see future visits to the city accompanied by the Low Key Piano Bar. Thank you.

My husband decided to surprise me. He knows love piano bars. We had a great time at this bar in Tempe. The employees were all very friendly, especially Nick at the front door. He was super helpful. I was waiting for my husband to park. I believe he may have parked at the Mexico border...Or at least that's how long it felt for him to find a parking spot. He did find a public garage close by with lots of parking. It was four dollars to park in the garage. The bar was surprisingly bigger than I thought it would be. There was plenty of seating, but it does start to fill up around 9 PM. They had four entertainers that rotated on the two dueling pianos, a set of drums and a guitar. It was pretty cool to see the performers, each playing the different instruments throughout the night. They knew all the traditional piano bar songs as well as all of today's hits. They are a talented group of guys. We tried the peach tea fishbowl, which was a very delicious drink. It wasn't too sugary and had just the right amount of peach. I could drink several of them. They do serve food but we had already eaten. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you!

This fun establishment should be named High Key piano bar! So many people it was hard to find seating, lucky there was enough chairs near the front for my friends and I to sit and enjoy the show! These people are absolutely talented af!! They all seem to play different instruments from Piano to guitar to actually singing! Such a fun atmosphere. By far my favorite spot to pop in at Tempe Mill Ave

Always a great time! We have always sat at the bar as it has the best seats in the house to listen and people watch. Yummy drinks!

The manager and the security staff are immature and dramatic. You cannot have any fun there or you will be 86'd.

My beertender was very friendly and accomodating. He gave my dog Hansel a bowl of water and a biscuit. This is a very dogfriendly taproom. Both beers I had were very tasty. My first pint was a Hefeweizen. It had a slight waxy mouthfeel. My second pint was an oatmeal stout. At 7.3% ABV it was a tad strong, but it went down very smoothly. I snacked on some free popcorn but it was seasoned with a strong spice. Thankfully I could help myself to the water fountain. I enjoyed the ambiance and will be back.

Came with some friends for dinner, one of them hadn't been before so we were glad to introduce her to this gem. This night we started with an order of the mozzarella sticks, which was a first and so glad we tried them because I want them every time we come now! Four sticks to an order along with a small bowl of their wonderful marinara sauce. They were lightly breaded and fried to perfection and when you bit into one, you got that mozzarella pull! We decided to try the pizza salad this time around and so glad we did because it was truly delicious. Comes with an oregano vinaigrette and of course I also asked for a side of ranch (theirs is really good) and I love the combo of dressings! Again, another favorite discovered! This time we decided on the Meat-Za flat bread and it was amazing! It is made with red sauce, pepperoni, sausage, salami, Italian seasoning all on top of their most wonderful flat bread pizza crust. Really, really good! Friends got the BBQ Chicken flat bread as well as a half Elote and half Meat-Za and she loved it. The BBQ chicken was good as well so will get that one next time! The Elote we experienced previously and it is so good!!! It was busy this evening we were there but food took no time to get to us and service was what you expect! You order at the counter, are given a number and food is delivered to you at your table. This is truly one of our favorites in the rotation now...
