Brito was on time, on budget, respectful of our home, super professional and pleasant to work with, and we were so appreciative of how communicative they were with us, texting us updates and photos throughout the process. We had several contractors prior to Brito Construction come to assess and quote this same job and we were either told that the project wasn't worth their time or wouldn't do both the structural and the finish work such as putting in the flooring. We had lots of back-of-a-napkin quotes with no itemization and no time frame available.
