The employee that installed the tiles was sloppy and got the grout on the ceiling and then painted over it and now we have patches of mismatched paint all over our freshly painted ceilings..we asked them to come back and fix the job ( I must have left 5 or 6 messages with the woman that runs the store in quincy) and she ignored every one. My MIL spent a fortune on her bathrooms and they did the same thing with her. It's a real shame that it would probably take not even a half of a day of work and they ignored me. I can't get the grout to look clean no matter how hard I scrub because there is water settling in the old grout that is cracking through..this was a few years ago but the grout is cracking even worse now in the shower and I'm finally now writing a review about it

It included color sealing a tiled kitchen counter with extremely stained grout that could not be cleaned. Also color sealing three floors and two tiled bay windows. Everything is completely transformed. It's early days, but even the countertop has been easy to maintain despite the insults of a busy kitchen. We had one glitch. The technician applied samples of several colors to each part of the job. The one I picked for one of the floors looked very unattractive to me once it was applied to the entire floor. It wasn't Sir Grout's fault, but Chris worked with me to find a very fair solution. By the time the technician left the floor looked great. I also showed Chris a fully tiled bathroom. Aside from the floor, which we did color seal, Chris recommended skipping that room since it is in such good shape and showers can get expensive. It is refreshing to find a company that does not oversell. I think that Chris takes a very long term view of his company and values loyal customers over short term revenue. This shop fabricated the top and threshold to our specifications very quickly. We were able to see the slab beforehand at the warehouse in Avon, which was very convenient to Braintree. In addition, I was able to consult directly with one of the fabricators, Hugo, and pick up the finished materials. Hugo provided outstanding customer service. I'll be going back for materials on future jobs.
