We upgraded to impact windows and doors and they were out to reconnect all the sensors and add our monitored smoke detectors. Over the years we've accidentally set off our alarm a number of times and they call within seconds to check to see if they need to dispatch law enforcement. Dale, the owner, has been to our house a time or two and is just the greatest guy you could ever meet. Therefore, I highly recommend this company!

I understand that this is common practice, as they're already configured for his TV's. Quality came out and got all 3 of our new TV's set up with the proper mounting hardware.
