Abigail was especially helpful and friendly and even though I was in a wheelchair everywhere in the building people opened the door for me and treated me with respect, as they did the other older lady like me in a walker. Highly recommend - this was the first time visiting here and the other DMVs we had been to were much slower and tedious.

They may arrest you. You can be slapped with a citation for no real reason even if you are not in the state at the time. People speeding/running stop signs/outlandish noise in residential....they're too busy even with all their officers. Have a neighbor who is a cop? Expect them to get away with anything. Compassion-nope! Fairness-negative. I'm disappointed to say I am not impressed. I have always held cops to a higher standard & up until this department they have met those standards & some have surpassed them. This department needs a lesson on working with society. Not everyone is a criminal. Most are tax payers who want the best for their community. They have a long way to go before they meet my expectations. Just my Yelp opinion.

The Commander Tony found out I am a veteran and offered to help to get connected with the local V(eteran) S(ervice) O(fficer), who over time has assisted me to acquire much needed disability. The building inside is rather large with two main rooms, 1 being the bar which of course serves alcohol and has various entertianment arcade types of games. Free popcorn with a donation. 2nd room being the meeting hall. Where the D(isabled) A(merican) V(eterns) have meetings. Sandwiched between the two main rooms are a Men's room and Ladies room. Plus the grounds are shaded with older growth oak trees which are scenic and walkable. Along with a Frisbee golf course. Just bring your own Frisbee. On the days when the VSO comes, a local pizza company(Pizza on the Point) comes and makes fresh pizza in the kitchen of the meeting room, the personal size pizza's are $8.00, with unlimited toppings. All around this is a great place!
