I was hit by a 4 door pick up truck while crossing the street. I had a witness who was walking right behind me. Gary Solomon was my lawyer and a very rude one at that. In the beginning he told me I was going to get a large sum of money. Well guess what this law firm received more money than I did. He charged me for my own lunch and his. I am handicap as a result of this accident. The arbitrator Mr. Ralph Novello found me 25% at fault for crossing the street and the pedestrian symbol was flashing for me and my witness to cross. The person who hit me with the pick up truck was making a left turn. I am still having many medical difficulties. I'm getting worse over time. I have had back surgery and 2 knee surgeries. It never ends. She broke my toe and Gary Solomon told me I couldn't count it. Dennis Abrams took over my case. His advice to me to pay the incurring medical bills that keep accumulating and I can't afford was to go get a job. I am handicap. I don't understand that. My advice to everyone would be to avoid this law form at all costs. They treated me terrible. I don't want anyone to go through what I am going thru. Lowenthal & Abrams may be one of the worst law firms ever. They take on more case than they can handle and they are not very trustworthy. Once they sign your case, they will rarely communicate with you. The cases are merely handled by a paralegal. They are unprofessional, as well as unprepared. I retained Jefferey Lowenthal "attorney" to represent me in a civil matter in Pennsylvania. He used one excuse after another, and more excuses to delay the process. It has taken the law firm over 2 years to review the case and simply send letters to the company. My fiance and I have been requesting documents from the law firm for 6 months. In which they have yet to provide. The law firm is now refusing to release us from the current agreement. We currently have a 40% LIEN on any future settlements with them or any other another law firm. Never knew lawyers were such CROOKS. STAY AWAY!! read more
