We called Safeside and they had someone come out for a free estimate. They came the next day and did a thorough inspection, taking pictures and explained what needed to be done. I was impressed by their professionalism and the price was reasonable as the height and angle of our roof was dangerous. My main problems: 1) No permit pulled and I had to use leverage from the town permit department to get this done. 2) The old smoke smell still remains. 3) They dumped whatever they were using (mostly cement with chemicals: hard smelling), behind my house, in my yard, and l had to push for someone to come and remove some of it. I'm still worried because I have a well. 4) The workers were leaving before they finished one piece of work in the basement. I caught it on time.
