Christian and Jonathan from Almonte called back and came out within a couple hours to complete an air test. It was determined there was a leak in the main line and in the lines going to the dryer, hot water heater, and stove. He sent me a proposal within an hour after leaving my house, on late Friday afternoon, on what the price would be to replace the existing pipes that were leaking. He was even so kind as to switch his schedule on Saturday to come to my house because there was no hot water. They came Saturday morning and were done within 4 hours. I was able to call and have SCG come back and turn on my gas on Saturday. I cannot begin to tell everyone what started as a nightmare turned out to be a Blessing because I found a great plumber!

I asked him since he was there if he would mind helping me with something else I was unable to do when she kindly obliged. It ended up taking him an extra hour and a half. When he was done with everything he charged me the original price quoted even though he stayed in extra hour and a half. They are honest, fair. reasonable and above all compassionate.
