They get a star for being responsive and answering the phone, which some electricians simply don't do. Beyond that, they sent over what I guess was an apprentice and another guy who didn't say much. I called twice, including the day of asking if I needed to go out and buy a plug. They said no both times. They guys came over with no equipment despite me emailing a direct picture of what was needed, and unwilling to drive 3 minutes to lowes to get it. We got charged and they left. After an email complaint they offered to send them back to change a plug without another $250 fee. Since we planned on having them actually do the job, while they were out here we asked for another small job or two (including simply changing an outside floodlight). Here comes more diagnostic fees for their "expertise"... Overall there are more experienced places out there by far, and many that will charge far far less. If you are in a pinch and need to reach someone, "no job is too small" here....

The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so it's no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. The technician who arrived was very nice, professional, and extremely helpful. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Update: This company went from a great experience, to the worst experience. My secondary heat…read moresource went out during the winter and I called for a service checkup. After about 15 minutes of work I was told the condenser had to be replaced due to mice chewing the electrical wires. I could understand this. Here is where the issue comes in. The technician first said it would be $3400 to replace. He then went to his truck and came back to tell my wife it would actually be $8,000, but they added a discount so I would Pay $6,000. The total cost of the whole install (condenser unit + 4 wall units) was 12,000. So just to replace the condenser is over half the cost of the initial install. I called to complain and spoke with the service manager. The service manager essentially explained to me that this was accurate because if they did the install today it would be 23,000. So they evidently had a 100% price increase. I then explained the invoice showed the unit itself as 2,000 and then labor as 6,000. He explained to me that was untrue, that due to the new invoice system they have, they can just put numbers anywhere essentially, so I should ignore the invoice. I explained my frustration and how that does not make any sense and I am not paying 6,000 for a condenser and labor. He said he understood and would escalate it higher and I would get a call later that day or the next. It's going on 3 days now and I have not heard back. This company went from one of my top rated to near highway robbery. I cannot reccomend them to anyone at this point, and will need to look into alternatives to get my heat back in the winter.
