purchased a new refrigerator and it was suppose to be delivered 12-4-24 between 4-8pm. finally at 11:15 pm the tracker says I'm the next stop. I go open the garage doors come back and see I missed a call which I immediately returned but got no answer. This morning I called and was told the driver said he was in my driveway for 15 minutes but no one was home. That is an outright lie, I have motion sensing cameras and NOTHING comes up my driveway that I don't see, not to mention with 5 dogs no one drives up here unannounced. So I call them back after checking my cameras and this time they say well the driver was at the end of my driveway, which is .15 miles from my house, but it was dark he said so he called from the highway apparently and then left leaving my return calls unanswered. Had he actually come up the driveway he would have seen every light in this damn house on, but he didn't bother. Nor did he even bother to call me BEFORE the delivery window expired to say they were running 4 hours behind. So finally at 1 am I gotta go to bed to get up for work in 4 hours. Had I not purchased this on sale, it's $150 more now, and hadn't moved out my old fridge like they told me told me to, I'd tell them to shove it up you know where. Because now I have to wait until 12-8-24 between 8 am and 8 pm for it to be delivered. ill Never buy anything there again, terrible way to do business. They should have delivered it promptly the next morning at the VERY least, or given me 10% off of the purchase or future purchase, but they didn't offer me anything, just said the driver called at 11:30 pm from the end of your .15 mile driveway so it's your fault. read more

Bought 10000 dollars worth of doors. French doors were not matched. Got doors that were one green and obecwhite. Been trying for over a year to get them to fix their mistake. Wont call us back. We're stuck with checkerboard doors. Door department said they never check anything that comes in to see if its ok before sending it out to custoner. Everytime we contact store get someone new with a different story. Have contacted store at district level still not getting doors fixed. Districts promise to have store contact doesn't do any good. Store mabager still doesn't call us back to let us know what's going on. Don't buy from the beford lowes. Worst store ever read more

Waited 20mins to get a skid of concrete loaded they brought out a skid that was all ripped open I ended up returning whole order and went elsewhere. Save your time and money with this Lowe's apparently on one person in the whole store can operate a fork lift. Called to try to speak to store manager but he was to busy to even call me back. done with this joke of a store. read more

I purchased flooring for 2nd story of a newly constructed home of approximately 1400 square feet. The flooring was all special order & took about 4 weeks to arrive. Then installation was scheduled. Installer arrived in the alloted time frame each day. Flooring was completed and Installer started on trim which included baseboard, transitions & reducer. Installer found that the reducers were not with the materials delivered. The Lowe's Bedford store had sent the wrong material. Eight pieces of t-mold was sent and should have been REDUCER. Installer returned 8 pieces of T-mold to Lowe's and they were supposed to order the correct reducer trim. I received a call that the trim was in. I called Installer to schedule the baseboard & all trim to be completed. Installer arrived and the trim he received from Lowe's Bedford store was wrong for the 2nd time. He also was not notified that he also had baseboard to do so he did not have the correct tools with him to install the baseboard. So again NONE OF THE TRIM GOT INSTALLED FOR THE 2ND TIME. The 2nd Installer returned incorrect trim to Lowe's Bedford store and they were to order correct reducer trim. It was about 2 weeks & I had not heard from Lowe's about trim. I called Lowe's Bedford store to get an update on the trim that was supposed to have been ordered and I found out the store HAD NOT ordered the trim. So I drove 30 minutes to the Lowe's Bedford store and made sure the trim was ordered. I was there for over 1.5 hours and they could not get the returned material credited back to me. Lowe's Bedford store still owes me a refund for 1 piece of t-mold & $1 difference in cost for each of 7 pieces of reducer. ($7 for difference in cost of trim and $21.34 for 1 t-mold that was not needed for a Total of $28.34 I am still waiting for the refund.) Trim was scheduled for the 3rd time to be completed on May 21, 2021. Guess what they did not show up to do the trim installation. I DO NOT recommend Lowe's Bedford store and I will not be shopping there again. read more

Purchased a riding lawnmower last year for $2500. It is now a lawn ornament. Money wasted. Repaired it once and it broke again the same day. Go to a reputable lawn center and not a store like this. read more
