I so so so hope this place doesn't close down. There is like never anyone here!! Not sure if its the location or not enough signage, but I will ALWAYS pick this place over Home Depot which is around the corner. The hardware bins are always stocked, everything is in its place and the staff is available and waiting to answer any questions. Update 1/17/23: I have still not been refunded for the $750 extra that I paid, for items not received. After 4 hours in the store, talking to 3 different managers and IT, the last thing they told me was that I need to call a 1800 number because there's nothing they can do. Update 1/18/23: needed to order a second set of washer and dryer. Delivered to my business. I open the boxes an hour later, and the dryer is completely smashed in the side. Call the store, no answer. Redirected to customer service, placed on hold for 10 minutes. Talk to someone about my issue, she redirects me again. Someone picks up the phone and hangs up on me. I try again, same thing. No one can help me. Now I'm waiting on a call from the guy who sold it to me yesterday, but he's with a customer and no one else can help. I will never buy anything from Lowes again. read more

I really enjoy shopping at home improvement stores. Just to window shop alone is pretty satisfying. I'm not sure what it is about brand new appliances that seem to make me admire the craftsmen work. The handel, the finish, the color, and everything else that goes into their work is astonishing. Even the cut and smell of the wood is exhilarating. Ontop of being a budding horticulturist, Lowes, always has a good variety in the garden area. You can't seem to do anything but love going to places like Lowes, and you really can't be too relaxed nowadays. There's hardly ever anyone available when you have a question. With that being said the crew is always a hit and miss as well. They always seem mighty moody, just depends on what end of the mood stick you get. You can always go online to get the isle and bay number, which is incorrect 50% of the time. Which means you can window shop a little longer. Overall it's worth an experiment hopefully you will enjoy your experience. read more

I wish the service was the same as it was 5 years ago. I refuse to return back to this location. I've been here multiple times within the last month and the service here has been horrible. I've asked nicely to different employees and I just get a rude attitude. At times hey would even make me walk to find out the item number of something I want to purchase without even showing me where the item is at. I've also seen where they would have a team meeting by self checkouts and the employees are even rude to the manager. I'll order online or go to another location next time. read more

If there was a rating with no star, it would have been the one I would have submitted. I went to Lowe's yesterday after being away for almost 2 weeks for Hurricane Ida, we realized our fridge was no longer working. We looked around made a decision and inquired about the in stock. The item we wanted was no longer going to be restocked so we asked about buying the display. After the manager answered with a straight no and did not make an appearance, we asked to speak to him in person- Dwain was his name. Dwain came with the excuse that the only one in stock- the display was sold in their system and we could not purchase it. Why is it still on the salesfloor? Ok, the next one was an item which will get restocked so could not purchased the display, same happened with the 3rd one. The fourth one looked like the second one and was under the second ones info so this time I should be able to purchase the display as there were two. Not so fast- different model- Dwain checks and we should have 3 in stock- Eric, our nice salesperson goes to check. Omg it is a return- disgusting on the inside, no handles not sellable. Dwain knew it was the only other one available other than the display since the 3rd was sold. We asked to buy the display again- we were rejected: "company policy cannot sell the displays". At this point, Hone depot is closed it closed at 6. Elliott enters the scene- another manager- no, we cannot sell you the display. For all my headaches and inconvenience, Elliott is no help! Tells my salesperson to ask more about opening a line of credit when I do find one. I try not to think it's a racial thing but it is very hard to believe that none of the managers I dealt with could help us in our time of need. Neither of them showed any compassion, heart or any feelings as a matter of fact. No one apologized for their short comings and there unwillingness to help us- a consumer! Their customers whom their work for. Do not even bother with Lowe's. Go anywhere but there. read more

Lowe's is seriously about 2 minutes from my house. So, whenever I find myself in need of any sort of home improvement/gardening item, I usually head to Lowe's. They are always staffed with friendly & helpful people. There is rarely a wait at the self-checkout line (they have "real people" checkout lanes too). I've had too many small issues with this store that I've let go by but no longer. The typical issue is they charge more than the listed price but I forget to check my receipt usually until later. This time I bought an expensive ($15) large tube of self leveling sealant. It was very hard to get out and , as it turned out, was hard about half way from the bottom so I was pushing a plug all the way up the tube. I finally cut it open and saw this. They refused to take it back. The woman said "well you used half of it! " She wasn't polite about it. Well I had to use half to find out it was half solidified. At Lowe's you pay full price and get to use half of what you buy I guess. This tube would've been enough so now I'll have another half a tube left over from what I bought at HD. Lowe's sucks and the orange store always has better service, prices AND TOOLS. Steer clear of this store if you can for sure. They just don't care read more

This is terrible service from entire store! The employees here did not show their work! I happened walked in today Feb 14th to buy a ventilator filter for my A/C! 1st the signs post full of stuffs in Spanish and English that hard to tell where the items are located! Walked entire the store with not single employee greeting or help! I walked at the cashier all the way by lumber section asked for help! Walked back from there to other end to get my stuffs! Come to self check out cause is only option unless I walk back to the cashier that showed me the furnace filter station! So there is a blond girl was in charge for that self check out,then she looked at at I approached then look away! I scanned my first item, machine said pls place the item in the bag! I choose no bag for it! Scanned last items then same thing happened! Choose again no bag! Here come to pay, the system blinking wait for assistance! Stay there and look at her! At she saw I scanned my first item then second 1, but will not stepped up to complete my transaction! Piss me off when other man swing around me then she took care him! WTF? I will not recommend any products from Lowe to anyone and would not recommend anyone to buy stuffs at this stores! Home Depot is not too far from it! He has been so patient and helped us find all products needed to get our house complete. Without the help of the Manager Martin we would not be so close to moving in our new home.
