Beware of misleading, deceptive, or unclear advertising and pricing. This weekend's sales circular listed 2.5 qt size perennials at 3 for $10. There were several signs in the garden center area indicating these plants to be $3.33 each. I selected 3 of the 2.5 qt size perennials and took to the register. Only one of them rang up at $3.33. The other two (exact same size) rang up $5.96 each. The cashier said there was no mistake and wouldn't allow the $3.33 price. This Lowes has four FLOCK Cameras installed on their property. I guess Lowes is OK with turning the USA into a surveillance state similar to China and now the U.K. I will never visit Lowes again and now that they installed the cameras in a manner that captures you coming and going from the two main entry, exit points of the whole shopping center, I will not shop at a neighboring business either. This store is very clean and organized and the staff is nice. They have a good selection of items and good quality items. The merchandise is a little bit pricey and may cost a bit more than some competitors but it will last you and you should find just about any home improvement items you need here. read more

Spent $6,000 on all new appliances. The ice maker went out in March been trying to get it fixed since March. LG has nobody to go out to Horseshoe Bend. Asked the gentleman(I use that term loosely) who works on LG in the area for Lowe's I was told " should've bought the extended warranty". I am willing to pay for the repair, refused to tell me how to find out how to contact a service representative. Ask to speak to the appliance manager. Waited on hold for 8 mins. I was told he was Chris the Operaions manager. He response was "should of bought the extended warranty. " It is still under the warranty for the first year. When we bought all the appliances we were guided away from the warranty by the salesman. Once again I was told "should've bought the warranty ". REALLY NO HELP REFUSE TO TELL ME WHO WORKS ON LG IN THE AREA. I WILL NEVER BUY A SINGLE SCREW FROM YOUR PLACE EVER AGAIN AND I AM DESTROYING MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER GET ONE MORE PENNY FROM US. read more

3 years ago, I gave this store 5 stars. With the last couple of visits (which I ended up not buying anything and going to Home Depot instead) I give it only 2 stars. I'd give only one but the stock was orderly and isles kept clean. Today, I went to buy MDF. I looked online and thought I saw 1/2 inch available. I get to the store (45 minute drive!) and all I find is 3/4. So, I'm wondering up and down the isles trying to see if there was other stock in a different place. I'm going up this isle, down that one, standing there looking like a confused idiot and NOBODY showed up to ask if I needed any help. I saw a couple of stray employees wondering around staring down at their phones (or store device, I don't know) but neither of them were close by and certainly not attentive. At this point I figure they don't actually have what I need so I walk out. On the way out I look over at the Pro checkout area and there are 2 employees on a couple of terminals and 4 (FOUR!) guys standing around like it's someone's birthday party joking around and doing nothing. At this point, I was already going somewhere else and I will continue to do so. Yes, I could have walked all the way to the front of the store to solicit help but I didn't want to interrupt their good time. read more

Went for curtains and plumbing supplies. Now they do have shades/blinds and heavier curtains just not light weight kitchen. Their selection for window covering is pretty impressive though. Now in the plumbing department I kinda got lost but quickly found a department lead that was eager to help. This was awesome and time saving which I really appreciate. So, I then started looking for garden bulbs and medium based light bulbs and Holy Cow these employees are happy to come to my aide and were extremely helpful!! As I approached the checkout with all my needs and a few wants ;) a lovely older woman came and rang me out. She was so pleasant and her smile was contagious. She really loved her job and that alone speaks volumes!!! I really enjoy a store that has help when needed, smiles from employees that like their jobs and is clean and organized. By far the worst store I have ever been in EVER. The prices on the ticket are not what rings up not even close to the price and not on an item or two but 3/4 of my cart full was like that. Then they have to call someone who does not want to work to look to see what the actual price is. 37 minutes to check out are you kidding me. Never again. Home Depot is right next door and harbor freight is moving in across the street. Thank you but no thank you lowes I will keep my money and shop else where I'm not that desperate. read more

never ever will i shop at this store. ordered shingles, when they came in, some young guy threw them in a grocery basket, (ripping some of them and destroying the edges on others). two older employees from that department just stood and watched. i refused to take the order and demanded my money back. customer service is a joke. went next door to home depot and had no problem getting what i wanted and great customer service. will never shop at lowe's again. read more

I purchased a microwave from Lowes... When taken out of the box I discovered it had been dropped... the noise it made was extremely loud. My son took it back and exchanged it for another. Upon taking it out of the box we discovered a very deep dent on the back corner. So we drove from Cotter to Mountain Home a second time to exchange it. This time I told the girl I wanted it taken out of the box. Upon removing it from the box ..... you guessed it..... dented. She offered to open another box. By this time I was thoroughly disgusted and told her no we will go to WalMart where I got a really nice microwave, not dented, and cheaper. I will never purchase from Lowes again. read more
