Last visit was 3/10. Meet with no checkout people, 1 self checkout taking cash. Two items with no barcodes, there's 15 minutes watching the clerk try and find the price. Yet people in every dept, asking if I need help finding anything. read more

We was in need of a chest freezer and Andy from the window department seen to our needs, he was very professional and courteous also very patient as we were undecided since we had a bad experience with a GE chest freezer we had ordered and had to return at another Lowe's store. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this store. Their curbside pickup is an insult to customer service. I arrived and called the number, dialing the extension that I was directed to for curbside. No one answered for two minutes and when someone finally did I started to tell them my order number and they put on hold for another five minutes. Then after that, someone answered "who are you trying to reach?" And put me on hold again even I was saying "please don't put me on hold" to try to explain what I needed. Finally someone answered at curbside and said no one was working there so they just picked up the phone. I was told my lawn mower would be right out. It wasn't. It took a while, even though I had received an email confirmation that the order was ready to be picked up immediately. When it arrived it was in a box, which surprised me because I thought it would be assembled as I had spoken to someone earlier who confirmed it would be. I asked the delivery person and he said no it wasn't. I said I wanted to speak to a manager. After this, I waited ten minutes. I had a sick baby at home and was expecting that the fifteen minute window would be honored. No manager came out for another fifteen minutes. So I called the story to ask for a manager. From here, it was a nightmare. The first person told me she was busy and that she would transfer me to someone else. Then I was transferred to someone, I don't know who, who just said "hello? What's wrong?" And had no idea who I was. I explained the situation and she (lied) and said she had a manager standing right in front of her and she would hand the phone to him. Instead, I was transferred to the manager of the appliances section who had no idea what was going on. Finally, a manager arrived, and told me that yes, the lawnmower was assembled and that the curbside delivery rep was wrong and that he would be right out. He wasn't, and it took longer, and that was it. is a terrible store; it's poorly staffed and when I went to curbside a few days before I had a similar experience (since that order is under my wife's name, she will be making the complaint). It has a bad reputation throughout town, yet we depend on them because they're the town's biggest provider. I've never had a good experience there, and the way I was treated should give them pause. But I don't think they will; the sense I got was that everyone was rolling their eyes at me. I don't expect to hear back, but the manager should be ashamed. I contacted Lowes Customer Service and received only automated replies. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, and they told me that no one from the store would be contacting me to address the experience. It's a shame that this is the only store of its kind to service this community, when it has such absolute disdain for its customers. read more

I have lived in several states over the past several years. This is hands down the worst Lowes in America. From the pro desk to customer service to service in every department. I have shopped at many and had decent experiences. I drive 30-40 miles to another Lowes to avoid this place. read more

Horrible experience getting my roof done thru Lowe's. Would not recommend using their services for a new roof. They sent a crew out that messed my roof up. It took about 2 1/2 years after roof install to start having problems and Lowe's will not back their quality of work after 2 years. Their roofer put nails thru my shingles and then put caulk over the nails. Now only 2 1/2 years later I have a leaking roof and Lowe's won't even send someone out to inspect the issue. Say it is not their problem because out of warranty. $10,000 for a new roof that is already leaking. read more

I am 63 yrs old and moved to Murray, Ky last year. I have had to buy quite a few things from Lowe's over the last year for repair work on my home and yard. I have 2 damaged vertebra in my back and lifting anything over app 7 lbs causes me severe pain in my back and down my left leg. It also puts me at further risk of damaging my spine. My neurologist has told me not to be lifting and to always get help when I am shopping. I am used to store employees being incredibly helpful and polite, especially when I mention needing help. This Lowe's has got to have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The nursery area is a lot worse than the inside area; but, both are very bad. When I have mentioned to employees the need for help with getting things like sand or top soil, I have been directed to other people and to go and ask them for help. I have been told several times that someone would meet me in a certain area and no one ever showed up. I have had a hard time getting items into my cart or wheeling the cart in the store and the store employees just walk right by and ignore me and everyone else. I have had so many other customers step in and help me when an employee would just keep ignoring my request for help. Most of the people I have seen working there seem to be so caught up in their own world that they don't notice the customers. Most of them are very young and display no interest in the customers. I love the store itself; but, I usually need help and it is very hard to shop in there because I cannot trust that I can get help if I need it. Unless there are things I need that I have to get there, I stay away. read more

Only because zero stars wasn't available. I have been in Lowe's store across this country, and this one is without a doubt, the worst. Products are in total disarray and the employees can't possibly care less. During this pandemic, most employees didn't bother to wear masks and the customers that were there did likewise. Thanks for caring about the rest of us. Furthermore, the employees are so surly that they act as though doing you a big favor for even acknowledging you. If I can avoid this dump, I am certainly going to try to shop elsewhere. There's Walmart, Tractor Supply, etc. Again, this particular Lowe's is a black eye for the entire company. We will never shop here again. We placed an order online and received confirmation that the order was ready to be picked up. My husband went to pick it up the next day they were just filling the order. In the confirmation, we were told that the full order was there, but half of the order was missing. Ordered tile from lowes Took almost five weeks When it came it was three different lot numbers , which meant three different widths Ordered a front door It's been five weeks, no call But each time they cashed my check right away..... I call every week and it is always some reason or other Horrible service! Measured my door by their people , ordered door, cashed my check and then said the door wouldn't fit.... I would have to have the door come unpainted to fit.... why does paint have anything to do with a measurement! They refunded me the price of having the door come painted..... but five weeks later I still have no door!!!! read more

Bought a mower from Lowe's (Murray) in Aug 2015 on zero interest for 6 months asked salesman if I would get monthly bills and he said yes, I did for Sept and Oct but did not for Nov received a bill in Dec along with a $25.00 late fee did not receive a bill in Jan and on Jan 30 received a call from Lowe's/Synchrony bank telling me I was once again in arrears due to my bill being returned to them unpaid. I called the no. I was told to and talked to a foreigner and she talked very low and very hard to understand anyway she told me I could either pay by phone with credit card or go to local store that day or next and she would waive the $25.00 late fee for Jan so I told her I would. I went to store and told salesperson that I wanted to pay off and she looked up the amount and the $25.00 was not taken off and I asked her to check account and she said she could not and it would probably be removed in a few days. (In these days of electronic media can you believe that?) anyway I paid the complete amount and will never finance through Lowe's again. So if you buy at Zero interest be sure and have your calendar marked for the due date and do not wait for bill (or call). This is what I should have done and will from now on.
