After our conversation about the machine not performing properly, Andrew turned the whole problem around and blamed me for his non performing machine. Andrew had no sympathy or care about my problem. I am 65 years old and the broken worn out machine cost me $86.27 from my social security check. Andrew's customer service was dry and non-existent. I need to warn Ocala of this small business. I will be going to Lowes for all my needs instead of supporting this small business called home hardware on 3446 East Silver Springs Blvd in the Publix shopping plaza. Fool me once, shame on me. There will not be a fool me twice.

No she said, expressing no concern . I am recommending Home Hardware have a chair for their elderly OTOW customers. We spend a lot of money at Home Hardware because the guys are terrific and accommodating unlike this female cashier.

He mentioned during my last visit that if the screw did not fit, I should bring in the television so we could resolve the issue together. Consequently, I took my Samsung television to the store. After several trips in and out, he successfully identified the correct solution! I am extremely thankful to Mitch; any business would be fortunate to have him on their team. I literally had no idea where I was so it seemed like "do I turn here?! Can it possibly be this far along this road!!? Where the heck am I!!?" but then there it was. It's a great little place very much with a country General Store vibe. It's an Ace so it's got a bit of everything and better quality goods generally than HD and/or Lowe's, but nowhere near the size. Very nice, helpful service. Now that I'm a bit more familiar with the area, I don't think it's any farther away than HD or Lowe's so for basic hardware items I think it's a neat place to go.
