The Hercules brand of power tools easily matches a number of the high-quality power tools as the big box stores carry, but for significantly less. To be honest, if you're buying tools for one-off projects, I'd go here. If you're buying tools that you need for your trade, I'd be wary of some but happy with others. Handsaws? No. 12" compound miter saw (Hercules)? Definitely. In short, before I buy any tool, I stop at Harbor Freight first. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

After getting basically blown off by the employees, I had to drive to Marion to pick up the item as they had one on hold with my name on it. My 2 hr trip now upped to 4+ hours. Had this not been an emergency on Sunday, I would have waited to purchase the item. Very unhappy with the Paducah staff!!
