I go to this Lowe's all the time because it's closest to me. They usually have what I need.. Kim and Brian at the pro help desk are extremely helpful. Aswell is Jayson , Trish at the customer service, and John. Those five employees deserve a raise . But there is a Brandon that will disrespect you if you are a customer in concern. I went to buy something. It was the last available product here in store in this Lowe's and it has scratches all over the top of it. It looked like it was you so I asked can you just give a discount 10% knock a couple dollars off? I have no problem buying this item brand new that looks used. The scratches are not a big deal. Brandon was extremely rude about it made me feel like I was asking a dumb question for buying something new with scratches on it saying someone will buy this other people will buy this if you don't want someone will. Do you think that an item that has been sitting there for at least a half a year they would try and get rid of it and satisfy the customer needs . But then again, not Brandon at this Lowe's . I should have talked to a general manager or something about the situation then again it's not that serious. I just do not like when people are rude. Do not like when people act like you're wrong for spending over $200 on something brand new that has scratches on it . I suggest if you have any customer questions go to anybody besides Brandon he deserves to be in the back if you can't deal with customers. He should not be dealing with people if he doesn't know how to be a personable manager and have respect for them. read more

The staff in the store was great, but delivery of appliances is hot garbage. Bought washer, dryer, and refrigerator. Delivery drivers damaged refrigerator and washer while unpacking and blamed the factory, then claimed it was my fault on the first attempt. Second delivery attempt was a complete no show and they lied and stated that a door hanger was left. Third attempt at delivery brought more damaged appliances. Lowes customer service did nothing to remedy the situation any time. All they said was how sorry they were and customers are the most important part of the business. Had them refund the purchase and went DIRECTLY to a competitor to give them a shot at my business. Lowes and I are officially DIVORCED after this fiasco. Not first time with Lowes delivery either. Do not buy doors from Lowe's. Unless you want to throw money down the drain while being a project manager to keep up with the incompetent staff at Lowe's who never return phone calls or keep up with their commitments. Broad timeline: March: ordered doors and paid in full April: doors installed May: issue with doors- they do not close all the way. Turns out the wood is warped so the warranty needed to be applied May until Now (close to August): My husband calls customer service and gets the run around. No one ever calls him back. He has called and followed up over a dozen times since return calls are not happening. Recently, we were told we would get new doors and the new doors were in but when the installers went to get them, Lowe's sold them and didn't hold them when they were supposed to. Oh and we already painted the doors so once we do get them replaced that will be another expense and time commitment we need to make. Lowes needs to add my husband to their payroll for the constant follow up he is doing. Lowes- get your act together. This is the first of many complaints that will be forming. read more

Today I visited this Lowe's store to purchase a bunch of items, such as shower heads, cleaning products, a fire extinguisher, dolly cart, rake, air filter, etc. I was able to find almost everything that I needed in stock. I was waiting in the lighting section for several minutes to ask if a particular chandelier was in stock, but no employee ever showed up. I think that I need to order the chandelier online anyway. The cashier had a goofy personality but was courteous. Prices were similar to other stores' prices. read more

This location rarely seems busy. Perhaps because it's tucked away, but it just feels dead every time I go. That feeling must be wrong, though, considering they didn't have enough gallons of paint for us when we went. On the plus side, the people working the store are really nice, and the guy in the paint department gave us a 5-gallon bucket of paint for the price of 3, since that was the only way they give us the amount we needed. Then, they didn't have any flat base for the accent color we wanted, so we settled for egg shell. The project turned out nice, but it was odd that they seemed to be out of everything we asked for. The man we talked to in the appliance section was also really nice, but with a little research we were able to get the same thing we almost bought in-store for significantly less at Sears.com even thought both items we purchased were on sale at Lowe's. Overall, this is a good location because it's never been busy during my trips, but don't be surprised if the things you want are out-of-stock. Check online first, if you can. read more

I had a great/easy experience purchasing a dryer over the weekend. At the store, I selected the dryer I wanted and was able to find a sales associate in less than a moments time. Checking out was a breeze.. and delivery was available the very next day - on a Sunday!! There was no additional charge for delivery and they picked up my old dryer. On Sunday I received a call from the driver from Lowes providing me with a the "time" window that my dryer will be delivered. It was fast!! They hooked it up for me (electric). I was even able to buy a new vent and cord along with the dryer!! I remember using sears in the past and delivery was always an issue because they always outsourced for delivery and whomever came to represent Sears and if there was a problem it was a always a big hassle getting worked out. I've always liked Lowes in Robinson. We usually buy some garden stuff here in spring time and recently I was just there just to get a carbon monoxide detector. The store is larger than the one in near our home and the selection and prices seem better as well. I like the fact that I can always find an associate instead of having to wait for one or hunt one down for a long time. The self check out is fast and convenient and the store is big enough that you don't feel crowded with other shoppers. read more

Apparently Lowe's doesn't actually need to make sales to stay in business. My wife and I stopped in the Robinson Twp store trying to purchase a new screen door almost two weeks ago. They sent a technician to my home a week ago to measure the opening and I was told a sales person would be calling to set up the purchase and coordinate installation. That never happened so I called the store this evening and after spending 10 minutes on hold, I was told that no one was answering the phone in that department and they would have to call me back. I've never seen a store who makes it so difficult to make a purchase. Judging by the other reviews however, I'm not alone in wondering why the Lowes brand allows this type of customer service to continue unabated. read more

Stopped at Lowe's cause I've been looking for a nice butcher block oil and found the one I wanted. I walked around the store because I wanted to look at the folding pruning saw for camping and clearing trails while out biking. Turns out they price match and will beat the price by 10 percent. I found a saw I've looked at on amazon and rushed to ask if they would beat the price and she said of corse once looked over on my phone. It came to around $12 I couldn't believe it! Very upset about my recent experience with Lowe's. We had ordered a fridge and dishwasher for our new home. We were told they would both be delivered on a Sunday. That Sunday, we received a phone call about the fridge and not the dishwasher. The fridge was delivered with a giant dent (not Lowe's fault), but they said another one would be delivered in a few days. Received another call that it would be 2 weeks until we'd get one! Called Lowe's that same day about our dishwasher only to find out it was oversold and wasn't sure when we'd receive it. Would have been nice to receive a phone call instead of waiting around all day for the delivery. Long story short, we went to the actual store for the salesman to tell us to give him a call the next day to confirm that our fridge was successfully ordered again. I tried for 2 days straight to get a hold of anyone and it just kept ringing! We took our business elsewhere. The only reason my review is receiving 2 stars is because we also bought our house paint there and the salesman was very helpful and efficient. read more

I am really not impressed with Lowe's delivery. I was told repeatedly- when I paid for my order, then a few times before by customer service and one of the delivery drivers prior to my delivery date, that my request for morning delivery would be honored. Delivery hours are from 9-6 daily. With a two hour phone call for window prior to delivery. At 4:30 p.m. on day of delivery, I am on the phone AGAIN with Lowes because I waited all day, still no call and no pavers and fire pit kit. I had people here all morning prepping the space and waiting and waiting, and now it looks like I MAY be the last delivery of the day, IF I am lucky. My extra help had to leave, and now I am stuck putting in 150 pavers and a firepit solo. The delivery manager is conveniently "gone for the day" and now I am on hold waiting while shift manager calls driver to find out what is going on... We also have a 6:00 p.m. appointment that might have to be cancelled because of this poor service. Lesson learned. (grrrrr!!!!!) read more

The Build and Grow workshops are great! This store sets up nice tables at two different sizes and is very organized compared to some other area locations. (The one in Heidelberg gave fruit snacks and juice boxes... but we had to work on the floor, no tables.) My daughter did ask where the glue and paint was which is a staple at the big orange competitor... ha ha. She is learning how to follow instructions, work with tools, and work with other kids. If you're not doing these with your kids, you're missing out! We even picked up some birdseed and a little chain & hardware to hang this for a few bucks. read more

To start, my caliber of handyman knowledge is minimal.. a simple faucet repair problem might as well be a high-level trigonometry engineering problem. This lack of knowledge lead me to a weekend of multiple stops at hardware stores with iPhone photos of my situation, a Giant Eagle plastic bag of random plumbing pieces and spigot pieces, in my 1979 Village People Construction Worker costume (to make me look like I knew what I was doing) and a tape measure clipped to my waistband. For the record, yes, my tape measure has pencil markings on it from the last project when I had to count the 1/8 notches. (Quick note, I did not wash my hands in between hardware stops, again, so that I would look somewhat competent.) My situation. The spigot thingy broke off the tub/shower. Hey it's 20 years old. It screwed off which, in MY thoughts, put my DIY expected competency at a 9 out of 10 given the new thingy would probably just screw on! First stop, a local hardware store with the old parts and phone pics. After some "Hmmmms" and "Leeeet me see what ya got there agains" local hardware guy sends me home with a new thingy that SHOULD WORK and even says on the package, "Universal." Got home ...and it is clear that my plumbing is NOT "Universal." Second stop, Home Depot with the same iPhone pics, bag of random broken parts and newly purchased non-universal replacement spigot thingy. I ask a random Home Depot guy where I find replacement spigot thingies, he says, "I'll walk you to the aisle because I want to get to lunch and this will help me get out of here without getting stuck answering questions." BOOM! The holy grail rack of replacement thingies from which to choose. I ask Home Depot rep #2, who was really cool, for help. He says he needs to refer to the plumber aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand guess who the plumber is....YEP.. the guy that just walked me to the spigot thingies that was headed to lunch hoping to not answer questions! Home Depot rep #2 took my stuff back to consult with the lunching-no-questions-plumber who said the pipe at home had to be re-plumbed. My dreams of being a successful DIYer on this project are now shattered, DIY expected competency level is zero and testosterone level is zero. Since I didn't want to bother the lunching-no-questions-plumber at Home Depot any further, I headed to Lowe's to see if maybe their plumbers don't eat lunch or are more helpful with un-handy-men like me. Lowe's Guy explains to me that the installation by Ryan Homes, 20 years ago, was kind of a short cut and not 100% correct. And then proceeds to use random pieces and parts, including a few Lego blocks and Lincoln logs, to show me how this can work. Boom! Mission accomplished. Fortunately for me I only had to make 2 trips to the God-forsaken-kingdom of driving jagoffery (Robinson Town Center/North Fayette) to get it done. The shower is fixed. My internal assessment of my DIY competency is back to a 7 out of 10 because the shower now works and there is no water on the lower floors, yet! So to the guy at Lowe's who spoon fed me in Baby-DIY terms, THANK YOU! To Ryan Homes, thanks alot for the shortcuts 20-year ago. And to the Home Depot plumber, here's a tip, if ya don't want to be playing Plumbing 20 Questions answering my idiotic weekend DIY-er questions, don't work at Home Depot where idiotic weekend DIYers like me go to ask idiotic weekend DIY-er questions. read more

I cannot believe how poor the customer service is when it comes to repairing and replacing appliances with an extended warranty. I purchased a Samsung touch screen refrigerator last August and the compressor within the sealed system has already failed!! This is after us already replacing the entire touch screen, I called the day it happened(Monday), was told someone would be out Thursday to look and repair the no cool issue. The next day the repair company called and said the soonest they could get out was the following Monday. We waited until Monday for the service repair person to come and this person was not certified to work on sealed systems. He told us to call Lowe's back the following day to schedule for another company to come out and repair the issue. I called the next and spoke with customer service, the technician had not added the notes to the system and they had no idea what I was referring to. After speaking with someone for 30 mins I requested a manager. The manager got on the phone and proceeded to tell me she would expedite the service of the fridge and someone from the resolution team would be in touch with me by Thursday. Thirsday comes and I receive an email stating the issue had been resolved (my fridge still was not operational). I had to call again and speak with someone in customer service who said it was not put into the system correctly and they would send a message to expedite again with the resolution team to inform them the issue has not been resolved. I should hear back within 24-48hours. The next day I get an email from the resolution team stating the soonest they can get someone to my house would be 10 days later!! This is completely unacceptable!! I had to call again and speak with someone in customer service for this person to tell me Samsung is responsible for the repair until 8/11/2024. This person sent me a copy of my original receipt as well as a screenshot of the warranty. I am 6 months pregnant with a two year old and have not had an operating refrigerator in two full week!! I have submitted my food loss claim which is only up to $300 and that did not even fully cover what was lost in my fridge. Everyone's "solution" was for my family to RENT a fridge and only receive 25% of the rental costs!! UNACCEPTABLE!! I will never purchase another large applicant from Lowe's or Samsung because they do not uphold their extended warranties in a time like this. They rather us go to the store everyday in a pandemic and send a bunch of random men into my home instead of solving the issue!!! read more

Walking in the store yesterday we found that the state wide mandated mask policy was a joke. There were numerous employees and customers not wearing anything. This wasn't like it was around their neck or below their nose but covering their mouth, it was in their pocket. My wife and I got what we needed as quickly as possible and went to checkout. There's a major sale at a competing big box store less than a mile away which has the initials THD. I asked if Lowe's price matches which they said they do, as long as it's the exact same SKU and isn't on sale. I literally asked the manager at the registers if she's telling me not to buy it and drive less than a mile so I could save $7? She said "Yes, absolutely. We don't match their sales prices." Sorry Lowe's, I liked you and we had a great relationship but we need to break up. State wide mask mandates are there for everyone including your own employees, and you are losing money to your major competitor because you are telling your customers to leave. If I could give them no stars I would. Started the process getting windows and doors last March. Half the order wrong the first time, took months to get the stuff in again. Stupidly, placed a second order and the window came in broken, then it leaked. I am now dealing with a warranty issue because of the quality of the windows. THe customer service SUCKS! They stop returning phone calls when there is a problem. THe manager was condescending to me when I called to get some help. Tried to file a complaint with corporate, when I called back to follow up they claimed they never had a case number that I was given. Seriously the WORST! Oh yeah and you get "assigned" to a person to deal with your orders that is in another state and they don't return calls either. STAY AWAY! read more

Flooring DONT DO IT. They just don't care about the job or work. Four different people came to look at the floor they installed. Three said it needed replaced, the fourth said it was fine. They just don't care if it is done correctly and unless you continually call them they will not call you. I guess they hope you disappear. Really hoped to use the services often, nope. read more

Never shopped at Lowe's had so many issues with different things . #1...seen storage cabinet there we liked . Bought 3 of them. 1 was great. 2nd one was missing a whole piece. Worked with Scott and he was awesome to help get us the piece. 3rd one has 2 of same pieces. Needed an A and B . Got 2 B's. Spoke with Tara (supposedly a manager there and Not a good one ) regarding issue. Was literally blown off . And she was rude . She Looked at another box it had 2x B2 also. I Said what we do now ? Can you call another store? She didn't have time to help us never followed up with request to help get another piece of a product they sell at their establishment from another location. #2....Next issue is they charged us fir an extra cabinet we never got. And they had to watch security to make sure that was issue . Understandable. And again Scott helped with taking care of this issue. Still waiting for a call back from rude manager TARA on our missing piece. Good thing I'm not holding my breathe . read more

This store's products are a lesser quality than other Lowes. I.e. Boards are warped, damaged products in boxes. Also the customer service is terrible. I ordered an in stock door and it took them a 8 days to make it available to the installer. If you want a project to get done quickly, go somewhere else! read more

Lowes, you are the best. After going to Kmart and Home Depot and not finding the dryer hose I am looking for, I called Lowes. After the experiences I have had at Kmart and Home Depot, I am beyond irritated. A nice lady answered the phone, and even though she was helping someone in the store at the same time, she told me they had dryer hoses and she would pull one and put it at the desk. I thanked her and was on my way. I walked into Lowe's and was greeted by a gentlemen who assisted me in finding the appliance desk. By the time I got the appliance desk, the gentleman who greeted was talking to the man at the appliance desk to make sure the dryer hose was waiting for me. On the way out, I was told twice to have a nice evening. And that is how it's done Kmart and Home Depot. I would pay twice the price at Lowe's before I will shop at Kmart or Home Depot again. Customer Service goes a long way, and Lowe's has it down. Kudos. read more

Absolutely ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Practically negative customer service!!! Went in for a ceiling fan, it said on the box there was 4 sizes. I saw 2 sizes on the shelves and no one around to ask except the woman at self check out, who wasn't helping anyone, across the aisle from me. So I went over and asked if they had the 36"? She said, "I don't know." Nothing else. So I asked, "Do you know anyone who does?" She then says, "He's usually over there, go to the other end and see, if not press the help button." He wasn't there, so I hit the button. Someone shows up and says, "He's on lunch, maybe I can help." "Great! Do you have the 36?" "Ohh I don't know, all our stuff is usually out.. uhmm yeah you can wait 30-45 minutes til he gets back." "No that's fine..." Go to leave, self check out my fan, use my brand new $100 gift card. Total was $65.25 and said $0 balance on the screen and to deposit my "empty" gift card in the slot. I told the woman no, that's wrong. She said "It says $0 balance, it's empty." I couldn't even explain it to her for her to understand so she told me to call the gift card company. Are you serious!? So I called when I left, my balance is $34.75. Absolutely ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pathetic. Won't be surprised when Lowe's goes under. I'll buy my next fan on Amazon. read more

Both women at the customer service desk were rude and incompetent. Stephanie, an older women, was completely volatile towards us, rolling her eyes and even pushed me at one point.
