If your just going in to pick up something - fine, but... DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY PLUMBING INSTALLATION. I had a new water heater installed and decided to let Lowes manage the installation. They use a subcontractor "Euro Plumbing". The plumber did a sloppy job on the seals, caused a gas leak, and created hammering in my pipes. They refused to take responsibility for any of it - the owner even asked if I saw him cause the leak. Nope, I did not stand over the shoulder of his worker watching the whole instillation processes. Bottom line they will screw up and it will in no way be their fault - just a great big coincidence. And Lowes - they do NOTHING to back up the customer. read more

Your paint desk needs help, I stood there for 10 minutes without them taking my order while I have all my work tools out in the back of my truck.. when contractors come in, they come in in a hurry because they're trying to get back to their job. This was on October 1st at 12:20.. It's OK for a department to go all hands on deck when they need help, I ended up walking out and drove all the way to Home Depot because I didn't have time to keep guessing when I was going to get help. They could've at least taken my order so I could've went and got the other $300 and shit I had to buy while they were mixing my paint for 30 minutes. Every time you buy someone for the paint desk, you should take them into Sherwin-Williams, so that you can see how fast someone is supposed to be able to mix paint for a customer. Quit offering everybody at self check out a credit card, we go through self checkout so we don't have to talk to people.... You are a hardware store, you are not a financial institution your main concern when people check out as if they found all their items, not if they want to bank with you guys. read more

This Lowe's consistently lies about prices! They put signs up for discounted prices on plants and then they never ring up for that price. When I ask about a price adjustment they come up with a different price than the one on the big sign. After showing them the sign they say that those plants aren't supposed to be on that same sale even though they are marked that they are discounted. It's a very annoying waste of time. Stop putting those signs up that explain the price breakdown for the sale, if that is not what you are going to use! read more

I spent $30,000.00 at the South side Lowe's Home Improvement in Pueblo and just tried to take back 2 left-over chain-link fence post, that I over purchased and needed to buy some more accessories for the chain link fence. Lowe's refused to except these two posts from where they were brought and when I asked to speak to the manager, a front in supervisor, came up pretending to be the manager and told me to go back home and go through all my receipts and find this receipt. I have 200 to 300 hundred receipts on this remodel, and she wants me to go through all of them. Since I also have a Pro contractor account at Lowe's, needless to say I will not be buying anymore from Lowe's for a good while. Lowe's help does not know how to treat their contractor accounts, and I have done 3 large remodels of larger homes. II have a Home Depot con tractor account and I sure they will welcome my money there. read more

Folks, lowes has a "new" system for returns. Based on recent experience I recommend you keep your receipt for everything, take it home and photocopy it (thermal paper will degrade over time, with heat and with moisture). Then get a 3 ring binder and organize it. If your return is within 90 days with a receipt - you have a good shot at getting store credit. Without a receipt - forget it! Customer Service more like customer disservice. I only wanted to exchange a garden hose I bought in May 2023 but thats too complicated for you. Was it worth it Lowes? Was it worth losing a customer forever? Have their app or on their website? You should call and verify they have your item in stock - there's a good chance they don't. A 10 minute phone call will save you $$$ in fuel! Not a big fan of Home Depot but here I come. read more

We recently purchased a home while it was being constructed., this allowing us to pick our appliances. We had Lowe's order us a Cosmo brand 36" oven. When we finally moved in the oven part of the range did not work. We contacted the company who ran us around for over two weeks. We contacted Lowe's to see if there was anything they could do even though this was a special order and they don't usually carry this brand. Thanks to them calling the company directly the Company finally had it repaired. Cosmo will only use their repair people and we finally had it repaired one month later. If Lowe's hadn't gotten involved helping us who knows how long it would have taken.. Thank you Lowe's but never buy this brand. Side note- the contractor bought the unit in June, we moved in in July, the part that was broken was replaced in August. This same part now needs to be replaced ( it's August) and the company refused to help us because the unit was purchased in June. We said this was the part they replaced when we first moved in. They said sorry the unit is over a year old and they only warranty for one year and hung up on us read more

I'm done ordering and having items delivered or installed by Lowe's. The last two out of three times have been utter nonsense. First time had carpet installed. Took months for my order to arrive, it was installed like crap, one of the installers broke my toilet, the carpet which I spent a lot of money on is garbage and already looks 10 years old...had it for a year. Then I had a door installed which was ok but now appliance (washer and dryer) three times for them to get it right...and news flash still not done the way I asked them to do it. Simple stackable washer and dryer. 2 weeks to come in...fine. No stacking kit. Then reorder stacking kit try #2 forgot stacking kit at warehouse don't tell me for 4 hours. Try #3 hand me stacking kit and leave. I'm 150 lb old lady. What the heck am I doing with this??? Let me use my telekinesis to lift a dryer up on top of the washer I guess? I paid for delivery and install. I hand it back just take it then. I'll figure it out but I can't use this. Oh so sorry we will come do it. Rush around throwing $2000 worth of appliances around to get it done. Glad they didn't break anything. Sheesh. Don't use Lowes if you have any other option. read more

I live by this Lowe's. Every time I convince myself that I can just run there real quick and grab something- I am completely proven wrong. This store is just an utter clusterfuk. Today was the final straw. Took me almost 50 minutes just to get 2 gallons of paint. WTF? I will always drive to the hwy50 store from now on. That store has their act together! Whoever manages the hwy 50 store needs to take over this one as well. Very sad to write this review of Lowes attempt at a water heater replacement. I have shopped at this store many times with mostly very happy results, but my experience in trying to get an appliance installed was horrible. First, the contractor neglected to tell me they would be on vacation the entire week I had off to try to resolve my problem, then finally the job was assigned to a contractor "Prospect Plumbing" in Texas who decided from x-ray vision 1000 miles away that he could not complete my installation and it was "not his problem" even though the job was under contract. I think my simple installation was not profitable enough for this group and they wanted out every which way, including telling me that the product was not available at Lowe's, which was verifiably untrue. I wish Lowe's would work directly with local people, which is what I am going to do now, and am very sad that I am going to have hard time returning to this store for any of the projects I have planned for the summer. read more

The Pueblo Lowe's is the example that should be used to show how not to conduct business. I am trying to make a purchase and cannot find one employee that can help. Meanwhile I have seen and asked several employees for help and had two pages. After roughly 30 minutes I was able to find an employee with the gumption to get off his lazy butt and help me. Overpriced, and not business-friendly. They're not able to email receipts, and when you open one of their escrow accounts, they only require ID if you go to a store that's outside of your area. I bought a 200 amp panel for my new home in Trinidad co and when my electrician went to install it there were no breakers in the box, so I called Lowe's and asked to speak to a manager. I was put in contact with Joe, I explained the situation to Joe and let him know I was pretty upset because I live far away and still had to pay my electrician for his time even thow I did not have the proper breaker box with the breakers. Joe went above and beyond by having a new breaker box delivered to me within a couple of days even checking personally to make sure the breakers were in the box before sending it to us making my return a great experience. I bought a washing machine from them with a 3 year warranty and the machine broke. It has been going on 2wks and their telling me it's going to be another 5 days or so to get it replaced. This was the worst experience ever. They cancelled delivery for our appliances 3 different times, stating the appliances were not in yet. To make matters worse, they cancelled on the day they were supposed to be delivering, every single time. Then they showed up to deliver without so much as a courtesy phone call and of course we were not home and had to urgently call a neighbor to let them in. I ordered a refrigerator on 11/23 with warranty 5 years and for delivery and removal of old unit for 12/9 6 days later I get an email saying pick up ready I went to store and spoke to appliance specialist what said easy fix which wasn't ended up doing a refund having to redo the order 48 hours later this is now 12/3 I'm guaranteed still delivery for 12/9 as I arranged for a specific day off from work from the assistant manager who re did the order so when 12/9 comes I call the delivery team to find out my schedule time I'm instantly told my date is 12/14 I call the appliance specialist who knows nothing but will find out no I'm not being delivered today she asks for assistance from a day manager to see if he can get someone to help and do a personal delivery but two of the managers say no so she then sends a request for an 8 am delivery on the 14th and promises me a 20% disc after delivery for my inconvenience delivery was not at 8 am as again promised it was more like 10:30 which was an inconvenience but one had to be accepted so on the 17th I go in to the appliance specialist who try's to give me the promised discount but can't so we decide to give her a couple days to get with a manager to fix it so when I call on the 19th again I'm told the manager said no this is pure BS I'm promised so many things and nothing is being delivered I've asked to speak with the store manager now it's a problem I said put the 20% on a gift card apply to my account or something this is the worst customer care I've ever encountered I'm being pat but it's almost 1 month now it's ridiculous!!!!! read more

On January 22 2022 I ordered my blinds for my house . Paid for them to be installed as well . They said to call the installer when the blinds came in . So when they came in on February 3rd I called left messages with Donte over a three week period never called back . So I called Lowes back talked to two different employees who said they would contact the installer and call us back and never did . So I decide to call the store manager last Saturday who did call the installer and said they should get back with me by Tuesday the 22nd which Donte did leave me a message and i called back and left him a message and he still has not called me . I called the 800 number again yesterday and talked with Michelle said that she left a message for them to call me this morning and they have not. I think they really don't care one way or the other , because if they did they would have tried to make it right by now read more

Ordered an item online to pick up at store. Got the call item came in and was ready for me to pick up and take home. Upon getting there I was the only person in line. Yay no waiting. Oh how I was wrong. They called to someone in the back to bring it up but after 30 minutes still no product. They called to the back again 10 minutes later they brought up the wrong box with the wrong name. 15 more minutes later got the box now just needing to get it loaded. 1/2 hour later got it loaded after the comedy sketch with a forklift that would have made Monty Python proud. I don't think I'll ever use that store for pick ups again unless I feel like standing around forever. read more
