Every time you buy someone for the paint desk, you should take them into Sherwin-Williams, so that you can see how fast someone is supposed to be able to mix paint for a customer. Quit offering everybody at self check out a credit card, we go through self checkout so we don't have to talk to people.... You are a hardware store, you are not a financial institution your main concern when people check out as if they found all their items, not if they want to bank with you guys.
