They were friendly, respectful, and very careful removing my old chair and placing the new one. When they ran the chair through all of the settings on the remote, there was something just not quite right. They replaced the chair that afternoon, and all is well. They are not the cheapest in town, but their products and selection are of the highest quality and superior to anyone else's available in town. I will be coming back and will not hesitate to recommend Benfatti's to my friends and family. Thank you!

You can get NEW furniture cheaper at Walmart. It wasn't even solid wood, it was some wood veneer stuff. I mentioned something at the front and they went hard about oUr MiNiStRy and all of the programs they support. Which is fine and all, but the ministry can ALSO support low income people by not charging offensive prices on items they get for free. God only knows if they really use the money responsibly. (Also the lady who checked me out was standoffish with me from the get go, before I even opened my mouth to say hi.) The expectation, when one donates to a thrift store, is that their items will go to someone else who needs those items at an affordable price. Not that some organization will use the items to do charity gymnastics by overcharging. They should be focused first and foremost on ministering to the low-income people who come to thrift stores to get affordable furniture. Not freaking $300 for a small sideboard buffet. Anyway so I would recommend donating your furniture to the ARC rather than here, if you want to see it actually passed on affordably to families in need. But if you're looking to buy clothes, this is unfortunately probably the better bet in town. I feel gross giving them my money now. I think it's disgusting when any thrift shop takes advantage of donations finance their special interests. Just let people have somewhere affordable to shop; Lord knows we need it in this economy.

On facebook, the reply came and said, "Sure, come on down and we will take a look at them." A couple days later, I took the records down to the antique store. When I brought them in, I was told, "We aren't interested in records." I said, "The person running your Facebook profile said that you would take them and to bring them in." He then responded, "It wasn't me. We have five people who work here. I know I didn't tell you to bring them in" I then asked, "Why was I told on your facebook page that you would take them if you weren't going to?" he answered, "I didn't say I would take them. I don't run the Facebook page. We are not interested in buying the records." This is so frustrating. This is the third business I am told to come down with stuff they are interested in and getting there and being told they are not taking them. The worst part was that he didn't even go looking or asking to see who said that and he never apologized for the miscommunication. Very poor customer service. Never going there again.

My confirmable transaction with them produced a set of issues. When this occurred I checked around and learned that some others have had difficulty dealing with this company already, new as it is. Some of the reputation issues seem to come from the founder's background. There are a lot of sources around, perhaps better to look elsewhere. If you do choose to do business with them, ensure your paperwork is in good order and know your rights.
