Impossible to pay your bill online! Many artists. Awful response. Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful.

I just have to give a huge shout-out to the team at Lowe's for my prize today! You know you've officially hit adulthood when you go Black Friday shopping at Lowe's I won the grand prize of $2,000 worth of appliances, and I am truly ecstatic! Everyone at this store was amazing. Even before we got through the doors, they started things early, offered us drinks, and were so kind--especially considering they were rolling in for work at 4 a.m. The whole team helped me pick the best appliances for my home, and they were all so sweet to me and my daughter. I cannot wait to get everything delivered! Lance, Sam, Tiffany, Debbie, and Nelly are such incredible people with outstanding customer service. I am so thankful. I'll never forget everyone who was working and just as excited as I was

We always shop at Lowe's because they honor Veterans by dedicating parking spaces and offering a small discount. Today's excursion contained a mishap, that is the reason for the one star. While tracking down product on the Lowe's app, we were directed down aisle 20 to bay 21. En route, my wife unknowingly stepped in a large pile of spilled concrete spread on the grey floor. Thirty feet away an employee was stacking concrete bags onto a pallet. My wife showed the employee where the spill was and the resulting debris on her foot and designer shoes. The employee stated, "Someone will get to it." We proceeded to the Service desk and asked someone to page a Manager so we could report the spill incident. After about five minutes an Assistant Store Manager, ASM Laura, arrived and we informed her of the spill and showed her my wife's foot and shoe. She took down our contact information and asked me to email the picture. She asked for proof of the cost of the designer shoes to be sent to her email before any remedy could be offered. Final outcome to follow...

This was the first time coming to this particular Lowe's. It was a pretty good one -- It's huge. It's clean. It's got lots of inventory. Everything is clearly marked. There are signs on every end cap with row numbers. That being said, I walked off my entire dinner here. There are no directories and things do get moved around. So finding certain items is not always the easiest. It took a bit to find someone to ask for the location of some of the items we needed. Got a couple things, no problem. But one item we got three different answers -- and of course, the rows were not near each other. Finally after not finding what we needed -- even with directions -- I went back and told the same person I couldn't find it. He walked over to the aisle and then came back. He gave me better directions and voila. Prices on what we bought were decent. And it's nice that they give an automatic veterans discount (we signed up online previously for this). Now that we've been here, I'm sure we will be back when preparing for our next home project.

The nursery is very large and offers pretty much everything you could be looking for if you were heading to a big box store and then some. The plants all looked to be very well cared for, my only complaint would be that I was taken aback by the pricing. I expected the general plants that you see everyday to be priced a little lower or even equal to those big box stores but they were in fact more expensive. I did leave with a few calathea and this gorgeous sting ray alocasia that I did feel was reasonably priced for its size at $36. I would go back if I was in the area to see what other treasures I could find, however for my basics perennials and succulents I would not purchase here. Service was fine. My BF had a few questions about the sod and at $500 a pallet, we felt that was a bit excessive for the Zoysia when he said online it was advertised at a different price.

I am giving Sanctuary Gardens one star only because zero stars is not an option…read more Sanctuary Gardens designed and installed landscaping around my pool and hardscape area. We did not request the specific plant species or placement. We relied on Sanctuary Gardens as the landscape professionals to select appropriate plants and locations. They selected and installed large bird of paradise plants extremely close to my pool deck, pavers, coping, lighting, and related hardscape. The plants were installed only approximately 17 months ago, and the problems began approximately 13 months after installation. These are not root issues that developed over many years. The roots lifted and distorted pavers, created uneven walking surfaces and potential trip hazards, and became entangled with my landscape-lighting wiring. I am also concerned about potential future damage to pool-related plumbing, electrical components, coping, and below-grade infrastructure. I made repeated efforts to have Sanctuary Gardens address the problem, including warranty-related requests, insurance-related communications, and formal communications through legal counsel under Florida's Chapter 558 construction defect process. In my experience, Sanctuary Gardens has ignored the communications, denied responsibility, failed to resolve the issue, and failed to provide requested information through the formal process. They seem to have an excuse for why every issue is supposedly not covered. Based on my experience, I would NEVER recommend Sanctuary Gardens. Homeowners should proceed with extreme caution, especially for landscaping near pools, pavers, coping, lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, or hardscape.
