My BF is on the hunt for Zoysia sod and he saw that A One Stop Garden Shop offered this variety. We visited on Sunday, they weren't too crowded, plenty of parking and easy to navigate to. Definitely wear closed toes shoes especially if it has rained. The nursery is very large and offers pretty much everything you could be looking for if you were heading to a big box store and then some. The plants all looked to be very well cared for, my only complaint would be that I was taken aback by the pricing. I expected the general plants that you see everyday to be priced a little lower or even equal to those big box stores but they were in fact more expensive. I did leave with a few calathea and this gorgeous sting ray alocasia that I did feel was reasonably priced for its size at $36. I would go back if I was in the area to see what other treasures I could find, however for my basics perennials and succulents I would not purchase here. Service was fine. My BF had a few questions about the sod and at $500 a pallet, we felt that was a bit excessive for the Zoysia when he said online it was advertised at a different price. read more

As a new homeowner, I wanted to add personal touches to my property in the form of unique gardening. Asking several people locally where to go - including my Realtor and Landscaper - without hesitance, they all recommended A One Stop Garden Shop in Loxahatchee. They were spot on. I called in advance and spoke with Sam, explaining what I was looking to buy and limitations (toxicity) due to being a dog parent. On arrival, the property is sprawling, sectioned off by varied offerings - trees, shrubs, plants, cactus, decorative rock, large stones, etc. Locating Sam in the cabin, she was ready for my mini shopping spree. Taking a golf cart over to the section that applied to my intended purchases, Sam quickly pointed out exactly what best suited my plans. Without her educated assistance, it would have taken 3 hours and not been as targeted to what I wanted for my landscaping. Check out was equally fast and easy. Prices are a bit higher than some of the other local nurseries. But, the trees I bought appeared very healthy and flowering. Planting the trees was uneventful. They instantly brighten my yard and I look forward to enjoying their colorful blooms for several decades. Highly recommended! Was a customer of One Stop for a few years now. Paid for their ridiculous overpriced mediocre products. Just for the convenience and availability. Paid in person for some stone to be delivered. They sent the wrong stone, wanted them to switch with the correct stone that I paid for. The owner wanted to charge me another $160 for their F-up. I will never buy from this place again. Very unprofessional. Thank you to the sales person who offered to bring me the correct rock on her own time. I politely declined. The world needs more people like this sales associate and less people like this owner. read more

This place has it all from herb plants, decorative rocks, sod, landscaping flowers/plants, unique planters and outdoor decorations. Over the years they have made it more pedestrian friendly with a large outdoor building making it more pleasant to have some shade on hot Florida days. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Most are Spanish speakers making communication a little difficult but they are always eager to find someone to help with all your needs and questions. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is they can be a little pricey and I find the Home Depot garden department to be more economical but you pay for the convenience of being closer to the Western communities. read more

I love coming there and seeing all the flowers, trees and the statues, figurines, and pots. I live in Boynton Beach and it's takes me awhile to get there but it's worth it. Service hitting rock bottom! I've had an easier time getting wisdom teeth pulled than having a cashier to ring me up. No one seems to care, nor acknowledge your standing there to pay, it's gone from bad to worse every year. Never frequented a business that can't take customers payments efficiently, turning it into a fiasco & huge waste of time. Over the could care less attitude. Called at 11:15 this AM inquiring about the oak firewood for sale. The young lady on the phone assured me it was seasoned & ready to burn. Left the house within 10 minutes to make the 30 minute drive there, only to be informed they have been sold-out since yesterday. I am sure this is not typical of the level of service usually provided, however this was completely avoidable with accurate communication. read more

Worst customer service in this business. Paid for a bench and delivery. $85.00 for a delivery. And I live 1 - 2 miles down the road. In our conversation at the nursery I was under impression the guy would set up bench. Well, no way. Just wanted to dump it in my driveway. I pleaded with owner over phone to please have him set it up. I'm a lady with disabilities. The owner would not do it. Meanwhile, the worker is videotaping me on the phone. I had every right to be upset. I have been in this business before and find the staff lazy and not accommodating. So buyer beware when you go to A One Stop Nursery. I've been going to A One for fifteen years and I've spent thousands of dollars there and I also have sent so many people there. I bought a small tree for $60 last weekend and it wouldn't work where I wanted to put it. I went to exchange it 6 days later and was told it is a final sale, which I've never been told when I make purchases. I told the manager that I've been going there for a very long time and spend hundreds of dollars every month and if I leave, I'll never be back, the response was " we have a lot of customers that spend a lot of money here" what a shame!! read more

I will not go to any other nursery now that I've found this one! What a great experience. So we came in about 30 minutes before closing time and expected the typical lazy attitude but instead got such a warm welcome from Irina and as she calls her, her translator. Haha! She was so helpful and even looked up some Pinterest ideas of plants that she recommended that went well together just so that I could get an idea of what she was talking about. I don't even want to give ONE star but I have no choice. BUYER BEWARE! Went in and spent $496.00. Within that $496 , $85.00 was for delivery. I needed to take off two small plants from the order and I knew once it was delivered there was no refund. So, the day of delivery, I went there at 7am prior to the nursery opening to ensure the plants did not leave the nursery. I spoke with the manager who only offered me a $70 store credit. ($35/each plant not including tax) that was unacceptable as the product never left or was even loaded onto a truck. She insisted "no returns." Well, I insisted that I never took possession of it to even consider it a "return." The manager ended up calling the owner of the nursery, who finally authorized a refund of $69.66 including a deduction due to a "processing fee to use the credit card" what? So we have to pay for a processing fee meanwhile we spent over $400? They really were so cheap, and greedy to hold onto $4.89! We are in a pandemic, I am a first responder and I could of went ANYWHERE! This place is surrounded by nurseries. What a greedy group. Never will I spend another dime here, and I am making sure none of my contacts do either! This is not how you treat customers. Horrible service, horrible. read more

I had mulch delivered to my driveway and when doing mulch I found stones and some plastic debris in there, plus some big wood that wasn't cut right, so be careful who you order mulch from, it might not be what you wanted clean. read more

I recently bought multiple plants and one of the plants began dying after less than a week. So I stopped by asking for a replacement plant and was told no because the manager felt the bottom of the plant and he said was too dry. Oddly, the identical plant was water daily, exactly the same times and amount is growing fine. I am honestly surprised they won't swap out what appears to be a unhealthy plant costing $3.50. That makes me ask myself they would rather lose $200 or more yearly purchases for a $3.50 plant swap. I doubt I will return to this shop again. Not good customer relations. read more

I wanted to thank the Adam's Family, and their employees for a great shopping experience at A One Stop Garden Shop. We were undecided with what we wanted but knew we were leaving with something. All of the employees were so patient and happy to help us make our decision. They even tried to keep our kids (almost 3 and 1.5 years old) distracted so we could concentrate a bit on what we were looking at. Their selection is amazing and it truly is a one stop garden shop. Our last chicken (who would destroy our landscaping) recently disappeared so we're finally moving forward with redoing our front landscaping (the proper way) so that it could hopefully be maintenance free for a while to come. I know what I'm saying is well known to locals but hopefully a new resident to the area will see this and know they can have a great experience at A one stop garden shop. Thanks again. Horrible customer experience!! I'm a local Real Estate professional and I went for the first time to the garden shop and had a great experience BUT when I called the very next day about a customer request pertaining to my first visit; I was ignored. After awaiting a callback which I never received. I finally drove back to make a second purchase. The owner completely dodged me when she saw me and pushed me aside for the manager to deal with. Never again will I step foot in there. The owner needs to brush up on her customer service skills and create an ambience where customer's concerns do matter. Or at least try to act like she cares!!! She didn't care about me as a customer and decided to do nothing. They have lost my business today and in the future. As a local Real Estate Broker and Property Manager I will not do business with or recommend this establishment to my clients or anyone. read more
