I don't often buy full-grown plants, but decided to treat myself to a cute English ivy. I brought it home, kept it isolated while it adapted to my place, and within two days the plant was teeming with spider mites. I threw it out and figured it happens sometimes, but went back to Giverny about a month later to buy the same plant along with some other goods. Again, I kept it quarantined from my other plants and, again, spider mites erupted within days. Before tossing the plant, I called Giverny to explain this English ivy issue and asked if I could get a refund or store credit. The woman on the phone was curt and rude, telling me that my home was the source of the problem and she would not issue a refund or credit of any kind. I reemphasized to her that both times I brought home a plant from her store, I kept it isolated from my indoor plants. Heck, the last time I dealt with this infection was years before I moved to Florida! But she said it wasn't possible it was Giverny's fault, blamed my home AGAIN, and that she wouldn't remedy anything. It's just dumb considering I've spent probably $500+ at this store over 2 years and she went on the offensive over a $10 plant. It's a headache dealing with spider mites, and it was ridiculous she wouldn't oblige me for a disease her store sent home with my plant. Nurseries get infections--I've been gardening for 11+ years and seen some gnarly places. As beautiful as the plants at Giverny look, I doubt I'm the first person to buy an infected plant from them. Hopefully the woman I spoke with reads this settles down and learns how to communicate with wronged customers--especially loyal ones. I've been shopping at Amelia's Smartyplants since and highly recommend.

When the yard was completed it didn't look anything like the pictures. The plants that were planted were not in great condition. When I compared prices to the plants at Home Depot, the prices at Lidonni Nursery were much more expensive. Besides the fact that I overpaid and it didn't look anything like the pictures that were provided, they broke our sprinkler system. They broke our sprinkler system in four different places. They wouldn't pay for the sprinkler system to be fixed because they told me it's not their problem. She told me she didn't have binoculars to see what was under the ground in which they were digging. In addition to ruining the irrigation system, they also broke the electrical landscape lighting. I also requested that they fix the landscape lighting; however, she told me that they don't know anything about electrical and it's not their problem. Nevertheless, I would never hire them again! I rarely take the time to write such reviews, but in this case I feel that I must warn those thinking about using their services. Buyer beware

When I asked for a manager, the representative refused to provide names or a phone number and hung up on me. Very unprofessional handling of a mistake they admitted was their own. I know have a pile of rocks I can't use, and will have to spend money to get rid of and to buy what is actually needed.

And he held the phone and narrated as he walked around describing which plants do well with sun/shade, etc. I'm very happy to have a source of native plants to support the Florida ecosystem sustainably. PRICING: for the products we're sourcing, pricing was extremely reasonable. FINDING IT: The entrance isn't marked with a sign. PARKING: You must park on Ranches Rd (easy - there's no traffic) and take a very short walk through the gate. No parking inside the nursery.

I have seen a lot of holiday displays synchronized to lights but this was my favorite. The entire house and front lawn is covered in lights along with a snowman, car, two trees, and baby Yoda. The production is top notch. I like how they mixed up the music with pop hits and holiday music. I especially loved the Queen sequence and the song from the Greatest Showman. The show is free but they were collecting donations for upgrades to the Jupiter Farms Park little league baseball field. Only a few people were here and there was plenty of parking around the house. This one wins the top prize for high tech Christmas display from me. I could have sat there watching all night.
