Purchased washer and dryer and paid for installation. Delivered while I was traveling for work. Two guys show up and speak zero English. Zip, zilch, nada. Have to call a supervisor on the phone to translate between themselves and my wife. Ok - we can work around that. Show up with zero tools and can't close the water supply valves. Wife calls and I point her in the direction of some channel locks. She shuts off the water as the bozos hang out and watch her. Now, 8 months later, I begin to remove the dryer to move it into an addition we just completed. Mmmm very difficult to move - feels like something is stuck between the dryer and floor. Have a look underneath and NO FEET installed. Just put the metal dryer bottom against the flagstone floor! Thanks, Lowe's! Keep hiring top notch employees. The store it's self is nice and easy to shop in. The people are for the most part kind and courteous. I do however have a problem with their policy on honoring the military. Their advertisements tend to lead the public to believe they honor all military with a discount. This is not necessarily the case. They have restrictions on honoring the military. They only honor active duty, active reserve, active national guard, retired with a card from the VA. They do not honor the common veteran who served their country and then left the military to further their civilian carrier. I feel if you honor the military you should honor all military, present as well as past, 365 days a year. The only exception should be those that have a dishonorable discharge. I know this is a corporate decision with Lowe's. I have nothing against their local store only the corporate military policy. read more

They did finally take care of my issue. It took some time and was frustrating but it worked out.

Overall it was a good trip. Took me awhile to get someone to cut my wood but the lumber guys were busy so I asked a gentlemen from a different department and he was more than happy to come help out. Cashier couldn't find a tag on a pvc item I was buying so asked if I minded if she scammed another item in its place that was cheaper! Saved 15 bucks and I told her how much it was!!! Brandon M. Purchased item online on the 19th email was sent saying item was ready to be picked up. Went to pickup area on 20th presented info and was asked to pull up and wait outside and item would be brought out. 30 minutes passed called the store asked CSR if someone was coming out with item was told it was being brought out now. Patiently waited another 20 minutes still no item. Physically went into the store where CSR had to leave the desk to retrieve the item himself. Unacceptable even during COVID. read more

Rang the bell to get help in millworks multiple times and never got assistance. However, several employees stood nearby talking to each other and never flinched. After about 20-30 minutes waiting, we made our way to the customer service desk where we encountered Felicia (assistant store manager). We explained our issue (that the planks we needed were all damaged and for $22/plank, we want ones in good condition). We also explained the "service" we had received back in millworks. She immediately went on the defensive, telling us she can't control the prices and she can't give us anything for free. I'm an attorney, I don't need anything for free but ok. She never apologized for the lack of service. She didn't want to look at the wood so she could see what we were talking about. Instead, anytime we started to explain the issue, she talked over us (with a huge attitude) and never truly figured out what we wanted. When I asked who her manager was (Vladimir), she became enraged. She asked what she did wrong and why I wasn't happy with her service. I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude and how she spoke with us. However, she talked over me so she never heard that. When I pointed out she needs to stop moving her lips and actually listen, she told me to leave her store. Literally told me to get out. Keep in mind, I was spending $1000 that night and have a multi-$1000 project going on. As soon as I started talking, she would cut me off, telling me to leave and "goodbye." She also said that even if I called Vladimir, he wouldn't do anything because she has all these witnesses that she was pleasant. I assure you she was not. At any rate, I left the store and called corporate immediately. I've spent $1000s at Lowe's. I have much more money to spend but it will not ever be in that store. If you need help or customer service, you aren't getting it there and most certainly won't get it from Felicia. read more

The customer service in this store is severely lacking. I only wish a Home Depot would open up closer and give them a run for their money. Maybe a little competition would make them hire better people who actually give a darn about their jobs. read more

Worst customer service ever. Went through Lowe's to get kitchen remodeled. Took forever. Was told we had a year if we did not like the flooring or if there were issues. Not many months later the flooring starts to bubble. Requested new flooring and it has been a nightmare. It is over a year later and still no new floor. They don't return phone calls or follow through. Most recent with floor is that they finally came to install and didn't bring anything to move appliances. Came today and stated that there would be a seam in the middle of the floor cause Lowe's ordered it in two sheets, but they can't cut cause of rain. Now just have sub floor down for holidays. No phone call back either from Lowe's. Everyone says it's not them. Horrible. Will never go through them again. Even decorator from Lowe's was a waste cause she didn't follow through on the things she was supposed to have fixed!!! read more
