I came in here and like any other big box hardware store I instantly get lost. I wish it were easier to navigate in here, but it is not. No two stores are exactly alike and that does not help out. I feel like their own app helped me out a bit when I needed to find where I was going. It did take a bit of searching to find the few things I needed, but I was able to find the areas I needed to be in. After finding the item I would stand there and look over my options and compare between items. I was glad I wasn't rushed along to find things. I also feel like even if I did not ask for help I was able to see associates about that could help me out.

False advertising on Propane prices. I called in advance and was told propane was .79 per pound (79…read morecents). I watched the man, and the flow meter, put 20 gallons in the propane tank. Propane is 4.24 pounds per gallon. (84.8 pounds of propane). The short math says $66.99 of propane at .79 per gallon. They charged $79. Same story with the typical "20 pound cylinder". Partially full tank being topped off they charged for 20 pounds of propane even though they only put 14 pounds of propane in. To make matters worse I tried showing them the math and the became indignant. The man even said it includes the weight of the fill adapter. (I wasn't buying a fill adapter, I was buying propane.) BUYER BEWARE!!!

They were long and I wasn't sure I would be able to put them into the ground that far down. Since there were ten in a pack, Trevor offered to cut them to three lengths so I would have a size that should work...and they worked perfectly. Trevor is a student working part-time and he was just wonderful to work with. I have not seen such customer service in a long time. He took the time to understand my needs and came up with a perfect solution. He is a keeper!!
