They only get one because I can't put a negative number. I spent $x,000s on a fridge and it was supposed to be delivered a day ago. They contract out their deliveries to shady people now. These people just show up unannounced (hours before they scheduled you for) and then say they tried to deliver it but you weren't there and then leave. No phone calls nothing!!! This has been going on for three days; I bought the fridge about a week ago. Very unprofessional delivery guy. Cant speak without trying to degrade you for asking them what the status is. That is if you can get someone on the phone. They should vet the people they subcontract to more; these people are coming into your/our houses. Also found out they no longer give military discounts. What else is next!?! Lowe's you lost a customer who spends (excuse me, spent) a lot of money there. read more

If you need help in the garden section ask for Israel, he has been the most helpful and Courteous employee I have met in all the Lowes stores I have been to. I love browsing Lowe's. Looking at power tools and home improvement stuff and thinking about things I could do with it in my own home. Sadly, I would end up hurting myself because I am completely clumsy. Here and there are a few things. I can hang pictures. I can change out an electrical outlet cover. Excellent service & Products were in stock. I needed 40 1/2 x 12" concrete anchor bolts and the store in Siloam Springs didn't have any, so I got on line and found them at the Springdale store. I called and spoke with Kevin D. who was totally on it with a pleasant attitude. He verified the bolts and even pulled the 40 I needed. Way to go Kevin with fantastic customer service!! We then drove to store and pulled up in customer pick up spot and checked in. A very pleasant guy named Braegan came out with the heavy bag of Bolts and placed them in the back seat for me. We recently had the carpet replaced in our mother's home. We went to Lowes. They sent out their installer who removed the nosing from the treads. I was later informed they did it this way because it was 'easier'. I am an architect and was horrified to see what they had done. The steps are now too short to meet code, in addition to not having a nosing, also required by code. I contacted the Springdale Building Department who confirmed this. So we contacted the supervisor who came out and promised to write a report and take care of the issue. They have not contacted us. They have not fixed the steps. They have not provided a report. DO NOT USE LOWES TO INSTALL YOUR CARPET. They will damage your home. read more

Ordered a shop light for delivery. Lowe's need to stop shipping damaged, returned goods!!! Light package had been retaped, packing material was missing, and light was very bent! Of course I had to make a trip to the store and return the damaged item. I have previously received dirty used items from Lowes. While I appreciate the easy returns, I do not appreciated receiving damaged or used goods when paying full price for items. read more

DON'T BUY LAWN EQUIPMENT from here. We bought a new weed eater and had it just over a month. It will not start. The pull rope mechanism has already broke. We took it back and asked about warranty. They told us NO that we should have bought the extended warranty. We had this just a month. Just 1 month!! I used to buy a lot of supplies from here for me personally and through the business where I work. I will not be returning. I guess I'll be going to HOME DEPOT or MEEKS now. I will be telling everyone I can about Lowe's. I am ticked off and really disappointed. But I will not do business with a company that does NOT stand behind their products. Good bye Lowe's. I confirmed Call 2 - To let me know they would be here in 30 minutes Call 3 - Wanting me to call the store and talk to a manager Call 4 - Called manager and was told they are on their way Call 5 - Called to let me know they were now doing other deliveries and would be here in 30 minutes. So I wonder why I have to confirm 5 times for you to bring me what I paid for. I wonder why you told me you would be here in 30 minutes then about 45 minutes later told me that you are doing other deliveries and its going to be another 30 minutes. My husband and I bit the bullet and ordered Formica countertops from Lowe's in Springdale, AR this April. They arrived after a couple of weeks, wrong countertop. Re-ordered, and finally arrived and was able to install after 4 weeks without a kitchen sink or countertop and doing dishes in the bathroom. Lowe's did not care! The second countertop was not built correctly and hubby had to re-cut sink hole and build a support for breakfast bar end. The back splash does not go to the end of our wall and the countertop is longer than it should be. The end cap is damaged. After my calls to store and corporate they sent some folks out to see. We were told nothing can be done except to replace the damaged end cap. The cabinet manager was rude! In tears I called corporate and they said they could/would not do anything if they thought Springdale store was trying to solve the issue. We are suppose to get end cap replaced next week. It's been 2 and a half months! We are very disappointed in a store we have always believed valued their customers. read more
