Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. One of his hobbies is restoring military rifles like the 1903 Springfield, M1 Garand, M1A's, etc.. Well…read moreunfortunately i was denied and have no idea why..to go back a bit further i bought a pistol from the same store 3 weeks prior to my second FFL purchase. my 4473 form for my first firearm went through properly and had no hick ups. so why did i get denied this time? nothing has changed in those days leading to my next purchase. I am a Filipino and white mix. my dad served 23 years in the Navy and later went on to become a cop and is now fully retired. he taught me everything i needed to know about firearms. I am a military brat. i've never had to deal with racism before until now. some not all of there employers give me a hard time every time i go up there. mind you for two years this has been my dedicated spot to buy ammo and pawn stuff every now and then. i get weird looks from a couple of them and do not help me with questions i have. I was standing at the counter when someone came in wanting to sell a gun, the owner picked up the gun and neglected to point in in a safe area to check/clear it. It was pointed sideways right at my midsection while he looked at it. I backed away from the counter and left. My biggest issues is that this is not a gun that he had inspected previously, he was literally just introduced to it and handled it like it was not a firearm. I will never go back there.
