I went to Lowe's to get two big bags potting soil and 20 little bricks. I needed help. I don't weigh but 94 lb. I'm biting cancer and it's 100° weather. I asked four different employees at Lowe's. Somebody could come out there and help me load these little items. Each time I was blowed off like I was nothing by then I done. Been there 45 minutes in the pouring heat. Waiting on somebody to help me get what I needed. I was very disappointed. This is not my first time. Several times I've asked for help and have not been serviced. I have not been help. Went to this location on Saturday afternoon and couldn't get help . They were very busy so we understood and decided to come back during the week. We tried again today ,a Tuesday. It wasn't very busy. I asked an employee in a different department for help and he paged someone to come to our aisle. Well 15 minutes later still waiting. I asked another employee who agai paged for help. Another 10 minutes still waiting. Found a third employee who had only started that day. He couldn't help. I bought a dishwasher on Sept. 22nd. I was told it would be installed the next week. After 2 weeks I called the store on a Wednesday and was told it had come in the day before. They told me they would install the dishwasher on Thursday or Friday. On Friday afternoon I called back and was told the installer didn't get notified and was told it would be installed the following Monday. Monday afternoon I called and was told that the installer was not available an tried to give me his number to call. I told her to cancel the order and was put on a 8 minute hold. I hung up and went to the store in a heavy rainstorm and was told by the manager that he couldn't get in touch with the installer.. I went shopping for a new dishwasher and the installer called me. He said " I don't want to insult you but Lowe's don't set my appointments" and " I just got the install info the previous day (Sunday?). I told him to cancel the order. I was called in 2 days and told it would take 7 days to get a refund on my debit card or I could come and get a cash refund and was told to call them back and tell them what to do. I went back to the store and told them to give me a cash refund and they told me they had already refunded the money to my debit card.......please. .......RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS STORE! read more

I normally don't blast retail operations as I know how hard staffing can be but this place is the absolute most piss poor example of how to treat a customer. I made the mistake of Buying a 3k lawn mower from them with all the protections. It failed within 6 hours of use with the blades locking up and starting to smoke and spark. I called it up there and they insisted and continually asking what coverages I had and if it were covered. I had the damn thing 1 month and a half. When the finally come get the mower (3 days later than the day they were supposed to get it ) they take it and said it could be up to the weeks. It was picked up June 5th and I called in June 2nd. They kept my mower and gave me zero contact. I tried to call about once a week just to get the runaround that someone else would call me. I finally get someone July 1st and they informed me it had been ready since June 23rd and waiting on me to get it. I said no one called me AND y'all have to deliver it as part of the protection plan. He said "oh " and they he would check with delivery and call me back within an hour. The next day I get a phone call finally , letting me know that the mower is actually not repaired and still smoking and sparking. They found out when the tried to load it. I'm pretty pissed at this point asking why was it marked as completed 2 weeks ago then if no one touched it?? No answers , no apologies. Just that they will get it fixed and call me. 2 more weeks go by and I have to physically go up there and talk to someone to let me know the guy would be there the next day to fix it. He calls the next day and says it's fixed and should be heading back soon. Heather in the back would call me. Day or 2 passes so I call and she lets me know AGAIN it's supposedly not fixed but they are working on it. Finally Saturday 23rd they are done and said it will be in the first truck of the week. After more calling and calling I get home from work and it's in the middle of my driveway on the 27th. Keys left in the ignition and absolutely not a drop of fuel in it. I specifically asked for me to be call when so I could be home and lock it up. They continued to not care. Absolute disaster of an experience. I told them this cost me $250 in paying other people to cut it when I just bought a mower and the time and the aggravation. Not one apology or offer to make it right. If anyone can get me in touch with RM of some kind that can actually care and make this right it would be appreciated because otherwise I will not set foot in that building again and I will be sure to pass the thought along to all my customers in tupelo read more

Really -star had to give a star to post! December 2019 we bought a Granite counter top the installers installed it on Wednesday on Friday I picked up everything to hook sink up . Saturday morning I hooked pluming up and notice a crack at the narrow area of sink top I called the installers that Monday to report crack in counter top . long story and over 40 entries in lowes computer and several calls to installers I contacting them between every other week to every other day and many times failure from them returning my call ,our counter top is still cracked ! as of 3/30/2020 I will not use lowes for none of my business nor will I use the business that installed it , I've build a new home and remolded another home from their products but no more ! Spoke with the Manager, Stephanie, regarding an online order setup request. She was the most unhelpful person in management, I've ever had a conversation with, in any store. There was no effort to fix a resolvable situation. I reside approximately an hour away, and she wanted me to return to the store to resolve an issue that could have easily been corrected over the phone. My neighbor and I bought trees from Lowes for Christmas and we did not notice immediately because it was raining, but both were dead. When we got them home and put them in the stand needles were falling out in unusually large amounts. I continued moving mine and when I got it where it was going to be some branches had no needles.
