I had a great experience here. I pretty much know nothing about vaping. Just knew I wanted to try it out. Right off the bat I could tell that they had a big selection. I was greeted a little sluggishly, but the newb could probably be smelled on me right when I walked in the door, and I didn't mind lol Kelsie (I hope I spell your name right ) helped me the whole way. She was great, and got me everything I needed. Didn't push too much, but also was there to pull out the vapes I wanted to see. She knew the products very well, answered all my questions, and put it together for me after I bought it. So nice I'm traveling in Tupelo right now, but will definitely get refills here when I'm back. Thanks! read more

Terrible service, had a sign on the door that said will be back in 5 mins, so I waited then the employee proceeded to come to the door make sure it was locked then walk back to the back. I waited over 20 mins and ended up just leaving, I will not be back. read more

Sign was on the door saying "be back in 5 mins" waited 15 mins. ( was not there at time of sign being put up). End up leaving after nobody seems to be at the store. Poor management for one employee's absence to shut down the whole store for a "5 min" break, that is obviously way longer than said time. Seems others in past reviews have had similar experiences. Great customer service... been buying some pods for a newer brand vape, they are unpredictable. Sometime they last sometimes they don't. I just bought a 2 pack the day before and both were bad. Went back the next day and explained the situation... they gave me some tips and a free 2 pack as well. Friendly staff who are always willing to help out, thanks!! read more
