Went 10 around 6 o'clock on a Friday because the pot that our rubber tree was in busted. Was surprised with the selection of planter pods, but even more surprised that the majority of them are plastic. Ended up finding one that I liked but even a 20 inch plastic pot was still $40. Because we're close to Memorial Day. They did have a great memorial day sale going on for potting soil and it was five bags for $10. I was greeted when I walked into the garden center, but didn't have any interactions with anyone past that. read more

Honestly, I didn't even make it to the store. It's 2025... people work a 40+ hour week and we need to make the most of our free time. I called to check if their rekeying person was working today. I called twice and the call dropped when I was connected to hardware. I called a third time and requested customer service and I explained that their hardware phone line is not working. She connected me anyway. I waited 4 minutes for a man to pick up and say, "you're going to have to call back." And then he hung up. No one has time for this nonsense! Lowe's is a huge company. No excuse for phone lines that don't work and a customer service department that doesn't listen to the issue. read more

This is probably the cleanest Lowe's I've ever been in. Lots of staff! You usually don't expect much from a home improvement/hardware store as it relates to cleanliness but this store on the day of my visit was spotless. So clean, neat and organized. I only came in for a couple of items but ended up browsing the store because of the over ambiance of the store. The store was very well staffed too. Employees were easy to be found and eager to provide assistance. I was able to find what I needed quickly with the assistance of staff. The prices seemed far but I don't often shop in home improvement/hardware stores so can't say for sure if the items I purchased was the best value but I was able to get what I needed. read more

This place has gone downhill over the last 3 years but now it is horrific. Stock is low, online orders for minor items (4 concrete bags and rebar) take over 24 hrs to fulfill. I have cancelled large over $700 orders for delivery because it was scheduled for 2 weeks later. Same order for delivery from Home depot arrived within 24 hrs! I spoke to a manager the other day but all I got was nodding and saying they will pass it on. Obviously nothing has been passed on. I have been going to this Lowe's about once a week lately. They have a great selection of items in the garden center (where I usually shop) but the employees are not very helpful or friendly. Every time I've asked them a question about where to find something (4 separate occasions) they seemed unwilling to help. For example, I asked a few employees huddled around chatting where I could find a cart in the garden center. They looked at me and said "I don't know? The parking lot?" And went back to talking to each other. So if you need your home improvement items without assistance, awesome. This Lowe's carries a good range of items at a good value. We've always had good experiences here until last year. Last year we ordered a refrigerator for next day delivery. Our's had quit and we put all of our groceries in coolers. We got the text messages confirming our appointment. Then the morning of supposed delivery, after we had changed our schedules for the day, they decided to push it to the next day. No reason given why. Then, they did the exact same thing the next day. This went on for 3 or 4 days. Our dryer quit the other day and we came in to replace it. We completely forgot that they aren't reliable. We ordered a new dryer and they did the exact same thing today. I love Lowes mostly and refuse to shop at Home Depot, but this is absurd. Their delivery service acts like they are the customer and if it was out of their way to deliver today, they move the appointment. I've been told by the manager that this is one of the busiest Lowes in FL. I would have to agree that many in-store inventory items can be sold out and when they do come in, it can go quickly. Good example is holiday items, if your not buying Halloween in early August and Christmas in October, you're missing out on some of the most unique things. The tool section can also be hit/miss as certain tools are not available, but the other crosstown Lowe's you will find them. Store is mostly clean and staff does try there best to resolve your problem. read more

We just bought a home and have been to this Lowe's upwards of 20 times in the past several months. Their selection of products is great, the store is always clean, and we're always helped within 10-20 minutes of being in the store. Eric is great and helped us buy our grill, toolbox, and Christmas tree (for 25% off on Black Friday!). We had an issue with our grill delivery where it arrived obviously damaged, and Newch the manager helped us reschedule the delivery. That being said, the phone line is kind of brutal to get a hold of someone. They're super busy at this location so I understand, and in person all of the associates are very helpful (esp. Lowe's appliance department had the LG oven/mircowave my wife wanted for our new home. The salesman, Jason, said that the third party delivery would bring it out, measure, trim where necessary and install. Sounds good, doesn't it . . . but none of it is true! The delivery person said they don't do anything but install it. If it doesn't fit (which it didn't) they take it back. Ok, so I trimed it and re-ordered the unit again but this time they wouldn't give me the rebate for the delivery. I called the store manager twice and explained the situation and neither one of them called me back! Now I know why Home Depot does double the sales than Lowes! Great for curbside pickup. You can order and pay for the items online. After you are done, wait until they send an email saying the order is ready. Drive to the Lowes, park at one if the numbered "pickup" spaces. There will be a phone number to call, call it , give them Your order and space number and somebody will come to the car with your order and put it in your car. Then you can drive away. I informed her yes which is why we are here and it won't take but a few minutes to process the order. She snapped off stating we need to make an appointment because she isn't going to just slap cabinets on the wall! I can not express how thankful I am to have met Eric in the lumbar dept this weekend. I went to Lowe's to build a feeding chair for our 3 yr old dog who was diagnosed with Mega esophagus. I took her measurements and went to get the lumbar and tools. I knew it was gonna need more cuts than they allow and I was prepared to get a jog saw and make the extra cuts Eric saw me with my sheet of lumbar and asked if I needed help. I could barely get the words out as I started crying hysterically. He was so sweet and genuine. He opened his arms and I just fell right into them. He took the time to make sure I got every piece I needed cut, he talked to me, he calmed me down, but most importantly he showed me he cared. I worked for years at Home Depot, so I have always been partial to the orange box but Lowe's was a lot closer and because of Eric, I will continue to return. With all the extra time, we have found ourselves going to lowe's a lot over the last few months. This particular trip was to do a curbside pickup for an online order. We had purchased a water cooler online from Lowe's. When the order was ready, I received and email letting me know next steps. We arrived and found the area that is currently designated for online pickup orders. We pulled in and the instructions said to call. Luckily there was an employee outside getting order information from the car next to us. When he was done, he turned and took our information as well. Wishing 5 minutes of arriving, the employee came back out with our water cooler. I jumped out and opened up the trunk of the van, checked to make sure it was the right thing, and thanked them for the quick service. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes! read more

So I know everyone has their own opinions, and I'm here simply to share mine. I use curbside pick up a lot at this Lowe's because it's so much easier for me to simply click a button and add items to my cart and pay for them than it is to have to shop throughout the whole store. Anytime I do a pick up whether it's curbside or at the customer service desk. I always have a great experience. Everyone is always so kind and extremely helpful. Even though I came inside to pick it up, someone is always available to help me unload the cart into my car. Whenever I do have the patience and the time to shop throughout the store, I've never run into a problem where in associate doesn't know where something is or they don't have helpful hints. This is by far my favorite Lowe's location and if you haven't been here yet, I encourage you to stop by. An extra bonus when shopping in the store is that they always have good music. read more

I am rating that I bought a washer/dryer Maytag Pet Pro with $250.00 extended warranty in July 2023. Super noisy washer and dryer won't dry in ome cycle, so more power wasted. This week washer drum broke. Went to Lowe's to return them and pay the diffrerence for another brand. Lowe's won't do it unless you get an RA# from Maytag, which the won't give Waiting for service now. Returns only 48 hrs after buying-- How convenient! Maytag, Amana, are made by Whirpool. You will notice similarities. Will never get any of their brands. read more

This was absolutely the worse experience. Lowe's and Keller. Terrible. From getting an in home estimate which over estimated the square footage of carpet required by 100 sq ft. I know this because I had also received an estimate from Home Depot that was a hundred sq ft less. So instead of being left with 17 sq ft of carpet. I'm left with 117 = $580 vs $85 at HD. But Lowes says they over estimate by 25% so of the $5000 carpet, they will over charge you by $1250 for seems that may be needed. Go with HD, more honest estimate. My second grievance is with the contractor used by Lowe's and being charged $1500 for labor but getting only someone they paid less than $750 which is the amount he confessed to being paid less to. Which is terrible? Why should I pay for labor that I did not receive? And due to this an 8 hour job of 4 rooms with closets turned into 13 hours and my family 8 month pregnant wife included eating dinner on the floor in the office. Kids not being able to get ready for bed and school next day. if they had sent the amount of labor I was charged for, the estimated time would have been the 8 hour job. My grievance isn't with the skilled laborer they sent, he did what he could and the carpets look good. But when you pay something, you should get something. I am sure Mr. Keller pays to get carpet installed in his home, he gets the laborers that he pays for even if they pay them shite. Greed is never good and I will never shop at Lowe's again. I will drive further to HD or pay more at Ace but they are great! Stay Away from Lowe's Home Installation and Keller Carpets (pay your employees more and customers should be dealt with honestly, integrity, and get the labor you pay for not less than half. This Lowe's is very clean and organized. The parking area is large so even at the busiest times you can get in and out without an issue. Since each store is modeled the same it's pretty easy to find what you are looking for. This is important since there is almost never an employee on the floor near where I am shopping. They also drastically limit the amount of help while checking out. Only one to two employees are working the cash registers. The big push is for you to check yourself out. I purchase flowers here twice a year because of the quality of plants and their one year plant guarantee. If a plant dies or has a problem you can return it hassle free for up to 12 months. I have benefited from this policy once and was very pleased by how effortless the transaction went. read more

The stores employees make Home Depot employees look like geniuses. They are robots with no ability to assist you. Secondly, the return policy here is insane. If you try to return anything they deem to be holiday related, even unopened sting lights they will refuse you. It's not on their receipt or return policy yet they will tell you they cannot return it. Too many other local options to deal with this hardware store and the incompetence that its employees demonstrate. I've been spending $10k a year here and I'm done. read more

Bought a sliding glass door for my shower. The process of buying the door was a nightmare. Scheduling the guy to come out to measure was easy (and he was a gem: knowledgeable, respectful, professional and punctual, answered all questions with grace, notably a 3rd party, not from Lowe's). We were told by Lowe's guys we could come by Monday night to pay, arrived, got walked around, then told no one there knew how to fulfill one of those orders, only 1 guy, Mike. Told we could call and do it over the phone the next day. Okay. When we called, got sent back from customer service to the department 5 times, just ringing and ringing, over 45 minutes just to pay for the door. Mind, when I actually spoke to Mike, he was very professional, but he's the only gem there, the lady at customer service was downright rude. I don't blame him, I blame the lack of cross-training or training in general, which is a failure of management. We get it taken care of, the day of the installation comes. Turns out they gave my door to another customer, and when said customer returned it, of course, it was opened and missing a piece and the warranty was voided. Had to order me a new door and refund me the original, another 2 weeks with no shower. They made that decision to re-order it without even telling me of the mix-up until it was done, no way to decide to refund and leave. The only way I found out was, again, through the professional 3rd party keeping me up to date as soon as he knew. The door works well and does what it needs to do, but NEVER purchase an appliance, door or any other installation or special order from this store. Not worth it. read more

I had a great experience with two young male staff members at the garden department. They went above and beyond to help me find the price of a plant I was interested in and even escorted me to the cashier to ensure I got the correct price. This was especially appreciated after two unhelpful staff members had disappointed me earlier. I initially found a perfect cat-safe indoor plant at the clearance section inside the store ( not the garden center), but there was no price tag on it. When I asked a nearby young female staff member, she told me that I couldn't buy it without a price tag and simply pointed me to ask an another male staff member who I had to chase to get his attention. He wasn't very helpful neither. Basically he told me to go to the garden center and find a manager there to ask. When I was looking for the manager in the garden center, the two young guys approached me and offered their assistance. They told me the manager was on a break but went out of their way to help me anyway as I mentioned. I'm very grateful for their exceptional service. read more

I asked him politely if there was someone there to cut he replied yes without looking at me and kept walking . He then walked by again talking to someone else ( not a customer) walked back up to the front . I waited for about 10 minutes then bought other items at self checkout and left . I decided to walk by to see if he were looking for me but no , he was at a desk doing something else. So incredibly rude .
