We were staying at a rental house for the winter and the bed was killing my back. It was so sore…read morethat it was even hard to put my back up against a chair. I decided to buy a mattress because 5 months is a long time to be like this. Natasha helped me pick out the right mattress for me but, warned me that it would take awhile before it was as soft as the one in the store. I got a medium firm mattress. I went back two days later because I couldn't sleep ,it was just too hard. Mathew had me lie on the bed and confirmed that it was , indeed the correct mattress for me. I asked if there was anything I could do to speed up the softening process and he said YES. After describing the process I went home and jumped on the bed like a kid, stomping on each coil and raising and lowering the adjustable bed over and over again for over an hour. That moved things along enough for me to have my first good night's sleep in over 2 weeks. I will do this a few more times so that it feels as good as the mattress in the store.
