Formerly was under Albertsons LLC where a price for a product would regularly cost $4.99 then during sales it was 2 for $5 what a buy however now that same product may cost $3.99 and go on sale 2 for $6, hope the United Family can have more of a competitive edge however with Market Street around the corner they really don't need it.

Of course pretty much everything in Pecos Texas is overcrowded, run-down and expensive for what they really are. Except for Walmart! You get your standard Walmart prices but you do not have an automotive department, no 24 hours and even longer lines, but you do get to dodge Isles full of inventory that need to be broken down and items put on the shelves. Also, don't let me get started on the 20 plus people deep line because like overcrowded Pecos Texas everybody is trying to pack 10 pounds of crap in a 5lb bag, Walmart is no exception. This is one place that definitely needed to be a super Walmart. I'm going to hate to give this advice to you but the Family Dollar and general dollar down the road put this Walmart to shame. Now that you might have taken this advice, please do me a favor and do not go into these dollar stores until I am done finished and left this piece of a something town. I don't want my favorite places to get overcrowded. Oh, and before I go one more important thing, the parking lot! You think you're from Houston and driving /parking cannot get any worse than those Asians in Bellaire? They even have a bulk section with a lot of spices, so that was nice. It is a little bit pricey but I guess that's the cost to pay to be autonomous in the desert for a few days. Definitely the best stop you can make before Big Bend National Park.
