I asked for a cut of ribeye and sure enough they came out with a cut to the thickness I requested. I'm glad she told me to ask for something. During my purchased I inquired about other cuts I'd be interested in as the holidays approach and sure enough they have it all in the freezer 100% fresh to be cut. This makes complete sense to not have too much out because we all want the cuts as fresh as possible so if I have to ask for a certain cut every time I visit I think that's perfect because then I'll know it just came out the freezer as fresh as can be.

We frequent Abma's Farm often, who do the same sort of thing and their market is constantly stocked to the brim and their prices are significantly lower for similar quality meat and produce. I saw the road signs they put up and checked it out. The young man running the store was very friendly and helpful, telling me about the various products. Some of the workers are prejudiced and rude which is surprising especially with what's going on in the country today.
