I went to several mobile home parks and homesteading a property is not done because the land usually belongs to the park or a corporation,usually on a land lease (lot rent ). Then l went to the mobiles county tax office and they had a good laugh about this, put my findings in writings for me,which basically stated that a deceased person can not homestead a property because they are dead.
