TAXI is a mixed use complex of new and recycled buildings sandwiched between rail yards and the…read moreSouth Platte River. The creator and manager is Zeppelin Development. The project includes ten buildings with 150 businesses and 300 residents.
The campus began in 2001 with the former Yellow Cab headquarters which Zeppelin converted to space for their office, other businesses, and a restaurant. Additional buildings were remodeled or constructed including: Taxi 2 (2008), Diesel (2010), Drive (2012), Drive 2 (2014), Freight (2016), Freight Residences (2016), Flight (2018), Kabin (2020), and the Fitness Center (2023).
The complex includes extensive free parking, a pool and volleyball court, a cafe, hair salon, early childhood academy, a restaurant (currently vacant), an art studio and gallery, a playground, and a community garden. The buildings are pet friendly and there is a dog park on-site.
Other amenities include the new fitness center, personal training, massage therapy, shared conference rooms, a nursing room, a bicycle repair station, and a basketball court.
Individual offices and office suites are available in the Drive, Flight, Freight, and Taxi buildings. Diesel is office condominiums. Taxi 2 offers residential condos with work/live options. Freight Residences and Kabin offer apartment rentals.
