Let me start with I am not a fan of the dentist but this office has left me feeling quite the opposite. from the hygenist to all the staff - everyone was friendly and professional. This office was great to deal with as my initial visit was somewhat of an emergency and I was seen the same day and left the office with the appropriate care needed. Returned for follow up care and cleaning and was again impressed with the professionalism the staff exhibited. I would add that this office has some cutting edge high tech equipment. read more

I visited Loxahatchee Dental for the first time back in June 2021. I had an emergency and needed to be seen right away. I made an appointment online and came to the office within two days. Everyone at the front desk were so nice and helpful. The assistant walked me to my room and took some x-rays. Dr. Savoca came to see me, checked the x-rays and examined my mouth. She performed a hot/cold test and explained that I would need a root canal and a root canal retreat on a previous root canal. She referred me to a specialist and informed me that they specialized on root canals and would take great care of me. They even made the appointment for me and I was set to go. Once my root canal needs were met, I came back to the office for my crown. I sincerely enjoyed the treatment received and decided to see them for future needs. I visited several times from June to December for routine work and I was very pleased with their professionalism and work. Fast forward to January of 2022, both of my kids (16 & 9 years old) and I have had work done here. They absolutely love Dr. Savoca and all staff who have worked or assisted with their dental needs. read more

I do not recommend using this dental care service in Loxahatchee. I scheduled my mother's appointment and I have a tight schedule. I went there early gave the clerk my mother's name and date of birth. I asked her if this was Michelle Gordon's office and she said no. Then she told me that my mother's appointment was at a different location for which she gave me the address. I left went to the address she gave me and they told me no my mother's appointment was at Loxahatchee Dental Care for which I had the correct time and address. Beware! This place overbills (that's an understatement)!! I was given a treatment plan for a root canal and crown for $4500!!! I contacted my insurance and they told me that it should only cost me $1000 and this place was seriously over billing despite being an in-network dentist! I went somewhere else for a second opinion and turns out I only needed a filling that cost me $100!!!! If you have a ton of money to throw away then go for it, but if you are a normal person who actually needs their hard earned money, RUN! read more

I went to the Loxahatchee Dental for a cleaning. I waited for at least 30 minutes before I was called. As soon as I got into the exam room they started taking x-rays and all kinds of other exams. Then before the dentist came in a finance person came in be told me that it would cost me over 800 over three visits to do my teeth. During this time I have not seen the Dentist only assistants and finance people and it has been an hour and a half. I said I want just a cleaning and they said NO you need a deep cleaning and I asked how long that would take and they said 1 1/2 more. So three hours at the dentist. 5-STAR REVIEW!!- This place is the Best! I can't even remember the last time I 'freaked out' with panick & fear of the Dentist. When I was much younger, I only have traumatizing memories of my past dental experiences as a child, and Loxahatchee Dental is 100% there for you and for you, right from the beginning! I was a new patient last week and expressed my Anxiety concern, and they offered to speak with management to see if there was something they could better do to help make me feel more at ease and comfortable, so I wouldn't be so dang nervous. I mean, they got me in right away the same day with the issue going on with two of my teeth cracking while eating harder foods. This dentist has the most empathizing staff who really truly care about their patient's! I am truly thankful for the amazing, wonderful, and sweet Dental Assistants, as well as the front office staff, and Dr.Valenti! I had to get a lot of work done in a short amount of time and Dr. Valenti has been able to work with me and with her busy busy schedule as well! I really cannot say enough of the right things about this place, and Dr.V herself! I really truly appreciate her hard-work and dedication to her staff and her patient's. Dr.Valenti has honest and caring compassionate bed-side manners. She listens to your concerns/questions or fears. Dr. Valenti expressed her wonderful, sweet, and caring side the moment you meet her. She provides honesty and integrity in her care, along with an open, listening ear to address her patient's needs and wants, as well as any of their concerns! Well, now that I finally have a good insurance plan that She is contracted with, I'll definitely be back to see her again- She's just pure awesome and enjoyable to have as your Doc. Loxahatchee Dental.. what can I say besides Money Hungry ... I am in my 40's and have been taking care of my teeth forever. I have gone to the dentist every 6 months since I was a little kid. I have never missed a 6 month cleaning in my life. I brush 2-3 times a day, floss 2-3 times a day and Waterpik 2-3 times a day for as long as I remember. I take very good care of my teeth and strive for excellent hygiene. I went in to Loxahatchee Dental on the special they advertise for $59 for X-rays and a cleaning. When I first walked in I was greeted by the front desk person by my last name and "you're here for the $59 special right".. I found that to be a little odd... Then when I was introduced to the dental hygienist I was introduced by my name and he's here for the "$59 special". It was very unprofessional and it sure seemed like that was code for "make sure to push all the extras" so they could make their money. When the hygienist saw me she complimented me on how nice and clean my teeth were and even said that that's not the norm there. She proceeded to take approximately 30 X-rays which is perfectly fine on there super Hi-tech expensive X-ray machines. She then proceeds to tell me that she is recommending a deep cleaning and my choice if I wanted antibiotics. I told her that In all of my years I have never received that recommendation nor has any dentist I have ever gone to in my entire life recommended it. Actually quite the opposite. I have always been complimented on my teeth and never have had an issue, plaque or otherwise. I told her, no thank you and that I would just like a regular cleaning. She now tells me that she can not give me a normal cleaning because she is recommending a deep cleaning.. WHAT?? Then she has the main dentist come in and take a look which the dentist stated everything looks fine. After the dentist leaves the hygienist then has the office manager come in to go over the $540 deep cleaning estimate and have me sign it. What a complete joke. I have never in my entire adolescent or adult life been told that I need a deep cleaning and most certainly not denied a regular teeth cleaning. I understand technology and I am not against it, quite the opposite. But to be denied a teeth cleaning with absolutely nothing wrong with my teeth and even being complimented in the beginning is beyond me. I am so sick and tired of all these new dental places popping up and trying to rake you over to pay for there expensive equipment and TV's in the rooms, etc. I would not recommend Loxahatchee Dental to anyone (unless you want to be ripped off). Went in for X-rays and a cleaning and was told I only had one cavity that needed filling, went to front to schedule it and suddenly I had 7 that needed to be done. Told me I would need all 4 wisdom teeth pulled as well. Went ahead and did all of the fillings and I never had a problem with my teeth before but 2 weeks after I have severe pain chewing or biting on the one side and random bleeding throughout the day. Went back and they said the filling is great and doesn't need to be fixed. Also said I don't need my wisdom teeth pulled anymore? Money hungry and have no idea what they're doing.
