I had some deferred maintenance and a wisdom tooth that needed to be removed and he answered all of my questions about what I needed and pricing. I had done my research and called around prior to choosing Seaglass and found their pricing to be extremely fair. I was able to fill out my information through a patient portal link that was immediately texted to my phone which I found to be convenient. When I walked into the office the next morning, I was greeted by a warm and friendly smile at reception and a very clean and modern lobby that reassured me that I was in the right place. They showed me around their office and you could see that they were proud to have the latest and greatest equipment. I have seen some surprisingly antiquated medical/dental offices down here in South Florida so this was a relief to me. The dental technician was extremely professional and charming as well. She took my xrays and then took me to the room where she reviewed my history and examined my teeth to begin coming up with a game plan. At that point, Dr. Schmitt walked in with a smile and introduced himself. You could tell that every person in this clinic truly loves their job and cares about their patients. I am not a fan of going to the dentist so this made me feel much better about being there. I had a time constraint that would not allow me to complete the procedure that day so they were able to schedule me the very next morning. I walked in the next morning a little nervous about the procedures and was greeted by the same kind smiles. They gave me a menu of things they can bring me such as water and a blanket and then asked me what movie I would like to watch while having my procedure. I chose an Ocean documentary because the ocean has always had a calming effect on me. The little details that they focus on to comfort clients is a game changer. I was extremely impressed by Dr. Schmitt's level of proficiency during the procedures. He was diligent in monitoring my pain level and keeping it to an absolute minimum. He was focused and efficient and the results were fantastic. I called the office after hours with a question about my aftercare and Dr. Schmitt answered the phone on the second ring, ready to answer any questions that I had. I'm so glad to be rid of my wisdom tooth and my gums are already feeling 100% better from the scaling and root planing. I will definitely be a lifelong client of Seaglass and I would highly recommend giving them a try and seeing for yourself.

But I don't know what has changed maybe the current economic climate has caused them to try to nickel & dime their customers now. Because I am being billed a no show fee for an appt I NEVER confirmed. Some context we always set up the future cleaning appts months ahead normal right & for years the office manager Ryan has called me to confirm those appts to which I confirm or change for years it's been like this. Well now I'm being charged $100 for a no show fee to an appt I NEVER confirmed so therefore I shouldn't be charged. I asked for Ryan or Dr Schmidt call me to discuss this & have yet to hear from anyone. And on top of that a $100 for a no show fee WOW talk about greedy. I would rather leave your practice that I have been going to for years & have spent thousands of dollars at than to pay that fee solely based on principal.
