CARFAX report's trim type did not match the trim type of the corresponding car. Made me wonder if they doctored the CARFAX to misrepresent the car for sale. Sketch AF. They talked me into test driving a car on the higher end of my price range without even discussing the more affordable options. When I test drove a newer car, the breaks pulsated and the steering wheel vibrated -- indicating potentially serious mechanical issues. They say they change the break system upon purchase -- probs because they know all the cars need this anyway. Customer services could have been better. Staff I interacted with seems to love mansplaining. They talked to me as if they thought I knew nothing about cars or financing. Well, I know enough to avoid getting ripped off here. Typed in the VIN on Kelly Blue Book to see trade in value. Most of the cars for sale here are extremely overpriced. Dealership refused to negotiate price. This places has mixed reviews. Some previous bad reviews accused Carimex of selling cars with liens on them and intentionally hiding mechanical issues with a car they sold leading the buying to sue them to recover lost funds. After visiting the place, I'm more inclined to believe that these bad reviews are accurate. Why take that risk on a $28,000 purchase?

Did they even look or are they truly trying to rip me off? I would say I am not comfortable going to them for any repairs and certainly don't trust there service people . The vehicle service in this shop is brutal. They make you…read morebook an appointment, but don't actually attend to your vehicle at that time, unless you're prepared to wait for it on the premises. While they don't usually rape you for additional parts and service, they are a typical dealership that bills by the book hours, not by actual hours worked. At 105.00 per hour, that adds up. I had a service performed while I waited, and from the time the vehicle went in, to the time it was ready was less than half an hour; billed over an hour labor. I've driven away with a loose oil filter from an oil change, and have changed a battery still under warranty, to find out that they erred and it was not a battery problem. I had a repeat issue that I have spend big $$ to have resolved, and after 3 times of being sent away saying the issue is fixed, and finding out it wasn't, I've given up. Compared to the overpriced, overselling and ridiculous procedures of Bustard's service, Waterloo Dodge is by far the lesser evil, but I think I'll be taking my Chrysler products to private shops from now on.
