My family used Anne and her team for years. They were fine…read more But the last couple years was not good. The straw that broke the camels back was when they made a mistake with my mom's taxes. They insisted on charging her $75 fee to help fix their mistake. When we objected, they said they would not submit her completed tax return until we paid the $75. Not happy, we paid the $75. They had us. Then a month later they refunded the $75 and admitted it was a mistake. Just terrible customer service. I had a similar event occur with my taxes as well.

We paid it and when I told them a proposed date that I would be getting the information over to them, she told me I had to find someone else to prepare my taxes.
