I had a question for the receptionist regarding the bottom line of my taxes that were just prepared. She had to go ask Barry the question and his response was I didn't give him that information and need to go home and get it and come back so they could fix the error(I live 35 minutes away). I was adamant and 100% sure that I had given him this information,so I asked to speak with him and he the looked up my file. He then realized I had given him the info and the taxes were in fact correct. He apologized because he didn't really check to see what the receptionist was actually asking but had no qualms about having me drive 35 minutes each way to fix something that didn't need to be fixed because he was to lazy to actually look in to what he was being asked by his employee.
