When I got home, I noticed the color was not what I had asked for, so I came back today hoping they could simply change the color. I clearly explained multiple times that I only wanted a color change because I had just gotten a full pedicure the day before. Despite this, they still made me pay for the entire pedicure again. The technician even handed me the service menu as if I needed to choose another service, when I had already explained that I only wanted the polish changed. She also pretended to cut my cuticles even though there was absolutely no need to do that since I had just received a pedicure the day before. I ended up choosing the basic pedicure, but the entire service felt extremely rushed, and the polish was left messy. What is most frustrating is that I paid for a full service yesterday, came back because the color was not what I originally requested, and was still charged for everything again today. I feel like this could have easily been handled as a simple color change instead of charging me for another full pedicure. Unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed with both the service and the way the situation was handled. I will not be returning.

Libby has been my go to waxer for about 1.5 years. She's so careful when working on my eyebrows and always ALWAYS maps them to my face. My eyebrows have never looked as good as they do now. The other service I get is a Brazilian using the sugar strip method and she has really taken care of me since we started. She taught me proper after care to avoid in growns. I can go months without seeing an in grown hair. While she was on maternity leave I went to European wax center. After the first appointment with then I immediately started getting ingrowns. Not sure if it was the technique or what because I continued my after care the way Libby taught me and it was not doing the trick. Thankfully she came back and got me back on track! Not just for my bikini area but also my eyebrows. She genuinely is a sweet person, she remembers everything I tell her while we are having conversations during the services and she'll tell me stories and give me advice lol. I've been going to Libby for 7-8 years and I honestly refuse to go to anyone else, that should show how much I trust her. She completely transformed my brows, took them from thin and overdone to full, perfectly shaped, and natural. People constantly ask me who does my brows. As for Brazilians, Libby is quick, efficient, and somehow makes it minimal pain, which says A LOT. She knows exactly what she's doing and doesn't waste time, but still makes you feel comfortable. I went to this location on Tuesday 7/29 around my lunch for a clean up only since I already have a brow shape that was fixed months previously from another botched threading visit at another location in the Bay. The lady was occupied the first time I came to the store so she asked that I come back in 15 minutes which I did. Once I returned there was minimal small talk but I did let her know more than once that I just wanted a clean up around the brows, no brow reshape, just a cleaning. Well she went to work right away and while I appreciated her urgency, I was a bit worried she was going a bit too fast. Then her small child comes onto the floor and it seems to have either annoyed, frustrated, or made her anxious because a minute later she was done. She didn't hand me a small mirror which is normally the norm after a service is done and instead asked me to look at my brows via the long full body mirror. I was a bit taken aback at 1. The speed in which she finished 2. Not offering to put aloe on my brows or even brushing the hairs that were pulled off my face. I sat there with brow hair all over my face and eyes. I had never had this woman work on my brows so while I wanted to examine them closely while I was there, I had a feeling she wanted me to be gone so I paid and left. I was charged $14, I paid cash and tipped $3. Of course the moment I get back to work I take a better look and sure enough she threaded too much on the bottom of both brows and now what was a lovely thick even line is now angled and uneven plus thin. I sent photos to my brow lady back East who fixed them and she confirmed that the woman who threaded them indeed took too much from both brows and made them uneven, FML. So what now? Well, I'm past the point of being upset tbh, I'm just disappointed in all honesty. I love to support local businesses, but I've given this place 3 chances and this is the last time I'm supporting or recommending anyone to come here for brows. I paid to have my brows fixed months ago after going through the same thing last year and in less than 5 minutes my brows were ruined. Lesson finally learned. In conclusion ladies and gentlemen, unless you want angled uneven thin brows, I would not recommend to come here for your eyebrow threading. Please do yourself and your brows a huge favor and make the drive and pay the price for someone professional who knows what they are doing and won't thread off months of growth and patience. Stay safe ya'll.
