2 stars, my favorite specialist left after many years there and I had to reschedule with someone new. I have a newborn so I woke up early to have the baby ready for the sitter and to make my appointment on time and I get a text that my technician didn't come into work. The company sent two texts to me prior to the service confirming my appointment and then they cancel the day-of? I will say they let me know there was an earlier appointment available (45mins earlier) but again with a newborn I can't just drop what I'm doing. They need a better system in place for technician call offs. read more

Really frustrating experience. I work full time and have two little kids at home, so arranging time for appointments is hard. I received a text message that my appointment would have to be cancelled or rescheduled due to my esthetician being out. I called and rescheduled without issue. I rearranged childcare, rushed to my new time and got stuck in Costco pre-thanksgiving traffic (I had asked to be seen as early as possible to avoid this- but they were booked) I arrived 9 minutes late and was told I would have to reschedule due to their 8 minute grace period. Even after cancelling my original appointment for their own convenience. I was so upset. No effort to help me out- and honestly did not seem to care. My advice is to find a local small business, and spend your money there- this was ridiculous. read more

I don't know. I really tried to get into waxing but I feel like the wax or technique they use just breaks all of my hair off at the skin and then two days later I have stubble just like when I shave. So I think I'm done. I spent a lot of money and time and haven't ever had an actually "smooth and hair free" period of time after going here. I've tried different waters and one was wayyyyy better than the first one I went to, but even then it wasn't a clean wax at all. My daughter tried it too and also wasn't impressed. I am only giving a one star review because I had an appointment scheduled before a vacation that I had planned and they decided to call me the day of and tell me that my wax specialist was not coming in that day and they were going to have to cancel my appointment. Mind you, this was the day of my appointment, 2 hours before it was scheduled. It was rather frustrating and they did not seem to want to accommodate me for the inconvenience. Ugh, this place is so hit or miss. The waxers are generally fine- some take way too long which may relate to what I say below- but there is something wrong with how they book here, I've been admitted 10+ minutes late into my appointments at least 50% of the time. Today because someone before me showed up 5 minutes late (to a 15 min time slot!) which is less than their 9 minute policy they took her ahead of me. But then my appointment was over 15 minutes late. Fix your booking system. And get an receptionist who is does more than say "I can't do anything" when an issue arises. There are discounts reschedules a damn apology! read more
