I will say they let me know there was an earlier appointment available (45mins earlier) but again with a newborn I can't just drop what I'm doing. They need a better system in place for technician call offs.

I started going to Valeria while she was pregnant, so when she went on maternity leave I was handed over to her sister Marybel. During that time I decided to start growing them out because the eczema on my face was getting worse to the point I couldn't use any makeup. Marybel helped on tips of how to help new hair growth, and worked with me when I needed to rs because of flare ups. The process was long but I am seriously really happy with my eyebrows now. I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I came in yesterday for a pedicure and…read morespecifically asked for a pink color. When I got home, I noticed the color was not what I had asked for, so I came back today hoping they could simply change the color. I clearly explained multiple times that I only wanted a color change because I had just gotten a full pedicure the day before. Despite this, they still made me pay for the entire pedicure again. The technician even handed me the service menu as if I needed to choose another service, when I had already explained that I only wanted the polish changed. She also pretended to cut my cuticles even though there was absolutely no need to do that since I had just received a pedicure the day before. I ended up choosing the basic pedicure, but the entire service felt extremely rushed, and the polish was left messy. What is most frustrating is that I paid for a full service yesterday, came back because the color was not what I originally requested, and was still charged for everything again today. I feel like this could have easily been handled as a simple color change instead of charging me for another full pedicure. Unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed with both the service and the way the situation was handled. I will not be returning.
