Loved this little coffee shop so much, visited twice! Had an ice chai latte with coconut milk and have been trying to find it wherever I go but seems that coconut milk is a rarity. I also have dreams about the breakfast burrito! Prices are definitely more than fair for the portions and customer service. You can tell that a lot of heart went into this place. Had a chance to also meet one of the owners and chat with her about life and business and it was great to hear her story. I looked up the location beforehand and it seemed cute with a great 4 star rating. However, when I got there and after ordering the food - it took 45 min to be prepared and was not worth the price I paid for it. The service was slow and the food was awful. I ordered the "Powell panini" and it consisted of a soggy croissant, eggs (not fully cooked), cheese, and a slice of bacon. Stopped by for breakfast after seeing some great reviews but truthfully it is not good. We ordered 2 breakfast burritos, a caramel latte, and chocolate chiller. The burritos were very mushy so it was unpleasant to eat. The food is pre-packaged or pre-rolled so the hashbrown and bacon are not crispy. The only way to enjoy the burrito is with the condiments which were salsa and sour cream. The drinks were also not good. The chocolate chiller was water with chocolate milk and very little ice. The latte was warm not hot, watery, could hardly taste the espresso, honestly nothing special just a bad latte. On a positive note, it is spacious and they have good portion size for the food and coffee. There aren't too many option but I recommend skipping breakfast and grabbing lunch. read more
