I stopped by on my way out of Page, AZ heading toward Zion and had the Toadstools lunch crepe which comes with a meat of your choice, avocado, mushrooms, pine nuts, and two cheeses. I like mushrooms and pine nuts a lot and I felt like the flavors from these really made it a unique crepe. I was full and happy by the time I was finished! They have plenty of seating inside, a decently clean bathroom, and free water stations as well. It's a little awkward to find the place, you can park in the main shopping center lot but then you walk kind of between stores to get to the main entrance. That said, it's sizable inside and the prices aren't too bad (like $10-15 for most crepes) so I'd recommend stopping here if you need something decently quick to eat. read more

These crepes were our favorite meal of the trip! The perfect breakfast the day after a good paddle on the lake. The restaurant is open early on Sunday morning, about the only local restaurant in town that is open at that time. It is very chill at that time, you ring a cowbell when you are ready to order. The staff was few but kind and the foooood. The crepes were stuffed to the brim with fresh ingredients. This was the perfect meal to send us off on our trip home. Went here because they advertised gluten free options. As i am traveling and have limited options due to celiac I was excited. Since celiac is an extreme allergy i always inform my server that this is not a fad but an allergy. After explaining this to the woman behind the counter who seemed cracked out she responded by saying "if you're paranoid you can eat at home." It was annoying to her because she is a professional about celiac (but made it clear she was not that way with dairy or peanut allergies).... To say the least, we were extremely disappointed with our experience this morning. Our family came in to enjoy breakfast together, but when our food arrived, my father's meal was completely missing, and we didn't receive enough silverware for the meals that were brought out. We went up to the counter to ask for more silverware and inquired about the missing meal. To our surprise, it hadn't even been started yet. We were also charged for the meal and then asked to pay again when we mentioned it was missing. After paying a second time, the meal was still never brought out. By the time we finished eating, my father's meal still hadn't arrived, so we asked for a refund. They didn't ask me what kind of meat (it says ham or turkey on the menu) but they gave me turkey which was my preference. This one was really good. The feta was a nice touch and enjoyed the mushrooms. The mozzarella was reminiscent of cream cheese though, or maybe it was the feta, but I got that texture somehow. I opened the box because I was excited to dig in and to my surprise inside was a dry 4-day or more crepe stuffed with sour gone bad strawberries so I took a minute to convince myself to go back and just get my money back because this was not edible. Walked in an older lady was now in the front and I told her what was happening and she was super nice and apologetic about it. Got my refund and I walked out and I can hear the young girl laughing back there oh yeah she came in the front when she heard that I was complaining about the crepe she give me. Came in at 1pm and was immediately greeted by a sweet gal in the kitchen. You select your own table, order at the counter and then they give you a number for your table. My mom and I ordered custom crepes where you get to pick any 5 ingredients. I went for dark chocolate, peanut butter, yogurt, banana and raspberry. Absolutely mouth watering! I also got the cappuccino made with coconut milk and it was so good. The total for my large coffee and crepe was $20. They both came out very quickly. We found tired menus held together with tape on the tables and then had to go up to the counter to order. Coffee was in an urn and was lukewarm. There was another couple there, but otherwise it was deserted. No one ever came to see how the meal was either. In the end, the crepe was good enough but I would never go back. Very cute little restaurant in Page. Service was very friendly. Drinks and crepes are made by hand by only a few employees which is amazing! Some of the best crepes I've ever had in the US, the fruit and fillings are delicious. Going again while we're here. Highly recommend. The cappuccino and hot chocolate we got was also good! **note that it's a small staff and so you may have to wait a bit for your food. It comes out hot and freshly made, just don't expect fast food levels speed. If you're in a rush, plan accordingly. UPDATE: Came back for lunch the next day. We decided to try a savory crepe in addition to a custom sweet crepe. We had the chicken Escalante which was really tasty and filling. We also tried the mixed berry smoothy which was made with just fruit, yogurt, and milk ( no added flavors or sugar to ruin the smoothy). It was so good we ordered a second! In an old strip shopping center. You have to know there is a walkway to the back which it took us time to find. It does not appear as though much effort was made in creating the space in terms of ambiance. There is a very loud refrigeration unit and all sounds are amplified due to all the hard surfaces in the cafe. It was really difficult to hear each other with only two other folks talking to each other and the waitress dragging around a cart to clean off a table. We each ordered #1 - just eggs, bacon and cheese - really no flavor at all. I ordered the Nutella, strawberries and bananas crepe. You cannot go wrong with those ingredients. It was very tasty.
