LP Fitness is a place that no matter what your fitness level is.. you are WELCOME! Everyone is so friendly and the instructors are passionate about fitness! Often times gyms are intimidating; that is not the case here. Everyone is so nice and helpful! I've never felt so welcome and home at a gym in such a short period of time. They do an amazing job explaining all of the workouts, they walk you through everything, teach modifications if you need them, and provide a great workout experience that gets you RESULTS! Liza offers a wonderful nutrition plan where she teaches you so much about nutrition and food. She teaches you the correct amounts to eat and what you should/should not be putting in your body for proper fuel on a daily basis. LP fitness is definitely a place you want to be! The coaches/instructors are amazing and push you to levels that you didn't know you had. I had a double knee replacement over a year ago and all of them make accommodations to ensure my knees are going to last! The motivation and energy you feel just by stepping through that door is contagious! I have just started my 28 day challenge and am eager to conquer! I have a different mindset this time, I've worked out before, tried to eat right, ending with not the outcomes I had hoped to achieve. I lived an active life until graduating college. I avoided the gym because there were fun things to do outside! When those things went away, I didn't know how to approach the gym, and my physique suffered. I wanted to support a local gym and knew I needed more than walking on a treadmill. The owner is Amazing!!!!! Liza wants to help you reach your goals. Her classes will give you all levels for different exercise and will give you something different if you have knee issues or other issues. The owner, Liza, her employees and the members do not care about what you look like, so you don't ever feel judged. They have been in the same boat we are. We want to lose weight and get fit. The staff is all amazing as well. This is a fun crazy place to do classes at. Music is loud and all the people that attend are just as nice. You will sweat, you will be sore. But that's ok! Sometimes I'm nervous before my workout at LP...then I remember it's MY workout and all the moves have levels so ANY ONE can do them! As soon as I walk in the gym and when I am doing the workout the nerves dissappear and I'm feeling strong as hell! After my workout I'm on top of the world! The vibe, the encouragement from the coaches and everyone else there busting their butts is the best feeling!
