On my 5th try James answered the phone. He was very upfront and professional. He had me email him photos and contact info. Within 15 minutes he emailed me a quote. He arrived less than 30 minutes after I emailed my confirmation back. Within 2 hours he had assessed what he needed to do and took off to get some sand bags. We had a burst pipe in our bathroom that caused a lot of damage so mostly everything in the bathroom needed to be redone; cabinets, floors, countertops, shower, and paint, and also work was required in the adjoining bedroom. Danny is a true professional with the expertise needed for the job and an excellent work ethic, meaning that all aspects of the work were attended to, and nothing was left undone or unsupervised. He basically treated my job with the same importance one would if they were doing the work in their own home. Danny is on the job personally, is hands-on and did most of the work himself. For the portions where he needed a crew or a subcontractor, he supervised them! This is especially important, so nothing gets missed and no mistakes are made.
