I was extremely disappointed we didn't actually cook anything. Everyone was very nice but my expectations for a $100 + cooking class per person were not met considering we didn't cook anything. I was handed a packet with all the recipes for the food we were "making". The first recipe was the crab rangoon except all we did was stuff the wonton wrappers and actually put it together. Same with the bao buns. At no point were the porcupine meatballs even a thing. They were made prior, mentioned, and put on our plates. Everything was made in advance. So I paid to fill wonton wrappers and get printed out recipes I could find online. Also, we weren't even going to get to stuff the bao buns. They were going to have a group of people do each thing - 1 to stuff the buns and the other crab Rangoon except I said I wanted to do the buns too so everyone got to do a couple. Honestly the food was bland except for the bao buns. I won't be using their recipes. Truely disappointed and feel like I was swindled out of money. They should be more forthcoming about what this "cooking class" entails. It's not actually cooking.

We made an appointment for an estimate. He came to our house and arrived on time. He even texted us a confirmation before arriving. He listened to what idea we wanted for the cabinets. Heidi, the owner, has clearly built an exceptional team that is easy to work with and consistently delivers high-quality results. She is very hands-on and was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the project.  I especially want to highlight Jai, Joseph, and EV Granites. They all far exceeded my expectations. Jai, the project coordinator, was fantastic. She answered every question promptly, quickly arranged for a replacement part that was damaged during shipping, and stayed on top of every surprise that came up during demolition. She always provided clear options and kept the project moving smoothly. Joseph installed the cabinets at an impressive pace while maintaining exceptional quality. His attention to detail was outstanding. He even reinstalled a few cabinets (which meant redoing the work) to ensure everything was perfectly level. The final result speaks for itself. EV Granites did an amazing job with the countertop. They measured everything with precision, created perfect templates, and made excellent use of every inch of the granite slabs. They were friendly, answered all my questions, and worked efficiently to get the project completed quickly. The entire project was wrapped up in just a couple of weeks, which completely surprised me. I had been worried because similar projects often take months. When Heidi and Jai first shared the timeline, I was skeptical (as contractors often overpromise), but Pure Cabinets did the opposite. They beat their already aggressive timeline. It was a refreshing experience.  I wish I could find a general contractor with the same level of professionalism, reliability, and customer focus. This is an amazing company filled with nice people who truly put the customer at the center of everything they do. I couldn't be happier with the final result. However, it was Heidi's design and diligence in keeping the project installation on schedule that made it all happen literally in one month! My husband and I were very "hands-on" and tried to anticipate problems. All potential issues were easily handled by PURE due to their experience and determination to give us functional space as quickly as possible. One girl even had the audacity to make eye contact with me and stare me down with no acknowledgement as she continued her personal conversation with her co-worker. Just read through all their reviews as this is only the second time I've been inside their store and apparently they do have an issue with racist employees!
